I put it in the drum because if you put it in the detergent department it doesn’t dissolve

Calgon is brilliant and I haven't used other cleaners with it as they aren't needed. If you feel you need extra as Covid is around Calgon Antibac is brilliant, I got a bottle to try, very happy with one or the other. Its not cheap but, well worth the money to extend the machines life. Hope I've helped
