Comfortable and well designed
This wrist brace fits well and feels very supportive, especially when worn at night. The straps are easy to adjust and keep the wrist in a stable position without feeling too tight. It’s comfortable enough to sleep with and feels well made. Good quality and works well for daily use.

Effective, comfortable immobilization in an exceptionally well-made brace
Finally, the brace I have been looking for! If you want a brace that truly immobilizes the thumb (CMC joint, in particular), but is comfortable and doesn't actually aggravate the inflammation due to pressure on the tendon from the brace, THIS is your brace. It is very well made. The longer brace provides greater support and stability than most other (shorter) braces. That is great for me because I have both carpal tunnel syndrome and deQuervain's tenosynovitis in the same hand. I sleep in the brace and wear it when I don't actually need manual dexterity for any task. This is a brace for resting the tissue to allow healing. So, of course, the thumb and wrist are immobilized. I also have a weenie little thumb spica splint with plastic stays that provide a little support while I do tasks that require me to use my opposable thumb for tasks that require dexterity. But then I put this excellent, very supportive brace back on for comfort and healing. With the discount at the time, I bought this brace for an amazingly good price for such a nice brace. I did not get any reward for writing this review. But I am a physical therapist who really appreciates the benefits of an effective splint. BTW, remember that, if you need to wear a splint 24/7 and you wear the same one all the time, it is going to get skanky. It is a good idea to have a couple of braces to rotate and give them a chance to air out. It doesn't actually have to be two of the exact same brace, but you do want both braces to be effective.

Good Product
This brace is easy to get on and comfortable to wear. I've only wore it a few nights, but it has helped with night pains in my hand.

Best brace I’ve had
This is an excellent brace for tenosynovitus/De Quervains. I work with my hands all day every day, I can’t allow pain in my thumb and wrist to slow me down but I also need to be able to use both hands to the extent possble and this brace allows me to stabilize my wrist and thumb joint without being too bulky or cumbersome. It is comfortable to wear and very durable. The velcro and straps are excellent quality. The thumb strap is a much better design than other braces I have used, it is more comfortable and more stable than others. I like the velcro for the thumb strap is not on the thumb where it would get in the way and get caught on stuff, its placed lower on the hand, right over the thumb joint. The only downside I can see with this brace is that the way the thumb strap is designed allows more thumb movement than it would if the strap were incorporated into the outside of the pocket that holds the metal stabilizer instead of the inside of that pocket. Either way this brace helps a lot and its comfortable enough for every day wear.

Excellent support and comfort overnight
This brace gives strong wrist and thumb support without feeling bulky. The material is soft inside, and the straps adjust easily for a snug fit. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up with less pain. Highly recommend for carpal tunnel or tendonitis relief.

The relief is outstanding.
Oh my gosh, the relief I felt when I put this on my aching wrist was indescribable. I've had to work with a lot of stabilizing braces over the years and I'm telling you, this one is it. Other braces allow a little too much free movement, which is fine if you're still needing to fine motor work but craving some support. This brace doesn't let your thumb go *anywhere*. Its job is to take pressure off that nerve and disallow movement that pinches it, so while your fingers have some measure of mobility (it's relatively easy to type still, provided you don't hit the space bar with your thumb -- I'm doing it now!) you're unable to draw a fist or bring your thumb across your palm at all. The compression against your aching wrist feels amazing. Weirdly enough, the straps are my favorite part: some braces skimp and only do one or two, but this one has three PLUS a strap that goes up around your thumb, which to be honest is new for me. No other brace I've tried has gone the extra mile and put in a thumb strap, usually counting on the stiffness of the material to do the job instead of allowing that part to be customizable as well. Result: super adjustable at pretty much every juncture. I've got very skinny wrists and forearms, so I tightened them fully, but because of the number of straps available I can see where it'd be easy to adjust for a thinner wrist+wider forearm, wider wrist+skinny forearm, etc. No combo is going to stump this thing. The only caveat I'll throw in here is that it's a bit hard on the knuckle of the thumb. While your thumb is fully immobilized from cross-palm movement, it doesn't prevent the friction that happens with the micro-movements your thumb is still trying to perform within the constraints. You might find that tossing a bandaid onto your thumb before bed prevents any irritation from forming. Doesn't take away from the quality of the overall design, it's just a natural consequence of having a flexible joint immobilized artificially. Braces get gross fast, so if you're committed, it works great to buy both colors so you can have one you wear to bed and one you wear out and about. Recommending this fully!
