Loved the smart lock . Its working perfectly fine and the app is user friendly . The installation process took 3.5 hours and the person has knowledge on the installation process . For installing My gate Smart door lock plus it's mention the minimum width should be 35 mm but it's should be min 38 mm or more too setup the lock perfectly Also the distance between main door and safety door should be 6 inches if installing on the both the doors and 3-4 inches if installing on only one off the doors

A Very Good Product
The product looks good. This gives a new look to the door. Amazon delivered the product on time. There was a delay in installation of this lock. Installation was great.
I bought the MyGate Smart Lock Plus primarily because of its scheduled Passage Mode, expecting the door to automatically remain unlocked during specific hours so my domestic staff could enter without requiring access credentials. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. Although the app allows you to schedule Passage Mode and even shows that the mode has started, the lock does not actually enter Passage Mode automatically. It requires someone to physically unlock the door using a registered fingerprint, PIN, or another authorized access method after the scheduled start time before Passage Mode becomes active. I tested this over multiple days. The app indicated that Passage Mode had started, but my maids still couldn't open the door. Every morning I had to go downstairs and unlock the door with my fingerprint from the outside before Passage Mode would finally activate. This completely defeats the purpose of scheduling it. If the owner has to manually activate Passage Mode every day, it isn't truly an automatic scheduled feature. The lock itself works well otherwise, but this design limitation is a major disappointment for anyone expecting scheduled hands-free access for household staff or regular visitors. I hope MyGate addresses this through a firmware update so that Passage Mode activates automatically at the scheduled time without requiring manual authentication. Until then, buyers should be aware that the advertised scheduling feature is not fully automatic.
