Is it possible to just buy a package of only one size, instead of a variety pack? One size is perfect, and the rest are useless to me...

No, it’s all two of each size. I didn’t want to leave you with the “don’t know” reply, I mean.. why even reply? Anyway.. it’s okay, the adhesive can’t get wet for a while, maybe an hour, then it sticks okay.

Is this the best ring sizer for a men's Oura Ring?

I use it due to my weight loss for my wedding band. Eventually the double sided tape does wear off and new tape needs to be applied to the sizer being used which is supplied.

Reduce size from 13 to 9?

I don't think it would reduce the size from a 13 to a 9 easily. It may require the use of two spacers side by side as I don't think they'll stack plus the use of the holding tape/glue that comes with it.

If i wash my hands, will it lose its stick or no? I need to know so im not constantly taking my ring off to wash my hands.

It is just a peice of plastic with no adhesive. So you can wash your hands as much as you like. The size can spin around your finger when soapy. But won't come off the ring.
