Work perfectly. Amazing how easy they are to make and how good they look.

Let me preface this by saying I don't do reviews. In this case, though, I feel compelled to share my satisfaction with this product. I get 4 perfectly spherical, crystal clear ice balls every 2 days. Unless you have known water issues, I would ignore any advice about distilled, bottled or boiled water. I use straight hot tap water...out of the faucet and into the ice mold. The theory is the ice freezes from the top down, forcing the air down. The ice mold is held above about 4 inches of water that also freezes. The block in the bottom is mostly clear itself. Seems like it forces all the air into the middle, so I take an ice pick and chip off quite a few crystal clear ice chunks from the block, in addition the perfect spheres. This product is well-made and seems tough enough to stand up to continuous use...which it is getting from me.

IDK what some of these people are talking about. I used unfiltered tap water, had no issues. They're not hard to take out, either. Mold has slid come out pretty easily. No need for hot water or anything. Clear spheres with some clear ice and a giant air bubble below the molds. All I did was follow the instructions and I've had perfect runs so far (on my 3rd batch). Very happy with it. Storage bag only holds 6 spheres, but that's a nitpicky thing to ding it on. You could probably just use a ziploc (or maybe double them) to store more spheres. I'll find out when my next batch is done, I guess. Excellent results, very happy with my purchase.

Good product with Great results. Takes up a little bit of space in the freezer. Better than those trays where the tops won't stay on. Have given it as Gifts to my Bourbon loving friends.

This product unfortunately didn’t live up to what the seller had advertised it for. The cubes where hard to remove from the container and the plastic container cracked the first day of use so for the price I paid I will be returning this item.
