Protect your citrus against whiteflies with these
Literally the second I began hanging these on my lime trees, it was capturing whiteflies and bigger flies. I was astounded. My lime trees had this black powder all over the leaves, leaf curl, stunted leaf growth, and millions of teeny-tiny white flecks that look like dandruff. Research told me they're whiteflies and when they lay their eggs, it can create a mold growth. I set about washing every leaf by hand to remove the black spores and then sprayed with neem oil. But then it rained, so all the whiteflies came back. I read that the whiteflies are attracted to yellow things. Well sure enough, they are! You'll be amazed and grossed out by how many flies these attract. These are large and sturdy cards that have a very strong adhesive - when something leaps onto it, it's not coming off. I've captured a bunch of tiny lizards that somehow leaped up onto them. So sad because I love lizards, but this kind of thing is bound to happen. These are super easy to use with a simple shape. Simply grasp and easily peel off the labels and hang on a branch. This is way better than trying to peel off the shapes of butterflies and starburst shapes. These are far superior with a very large surface area to catch thousands of whiteflies (and a couple lizards). Great value for the money, and functions way better than I anticipated.

Most effective safe product I’ve ever used. I’ll most certainly buy them again!
If you have a major infestation of white flies in your garden Maxguard is a fabulous product. I’d been fighting them with neem oil which helps but isn’t great. I put the convenient hanging strips and with in minutes there were whiteflies stuck to them but after an hour or so there were hundreds stuck to the strips. These are sturdy and waterproof and within one day I could see a massive decrease in their numbers. Most effective ecologically safe product I’ve ever used in my garden!

Didn't catch a single bug
I've lived in the same house for almost 15 years and for whatever reason, this fall we have had a huge amount of flies around. You can't open the doors without letting 5 in and the flies inside were starting to drive me mad. I've tried so many traps and nothing has worked. These were no different. As soon as they arrived I put 7 of them in the various parts of the house they seem to congregate and 48 hours later they haven't caught a single fly. The flies will even land right beside them and not touch them. It's almost like they avoid them. I wouldn't recommend these at all. I'm now stuck with a whole pack of them that I don't know what to do with. Not worth the money at all.

Good quality and they help!
Love these things. Theyre soooooo sticky and helped me not only get rid of a thrips infestation along with some other tricks but theyre great for fungus gnats, flies, and any other sneaky flying bugs that make their way into the house. The yellow is supposed to help attract them and I feel it does. I also put them near a window which helps draw them that direction and they end up flying right into them. Easy to use and well made.

Did what I expected
Seems to have done the job in trapping pests on an ornamental tree.

New review* The pests visit but stop being around After started using
I was bothered all last summer with everything thing from Nats to whatever flew around my house and garden I put up 3 outside at first and I only peeled off one side of each Within 2 or 3 days All three were filled with pesty insects And a lot less bothering me while I enjoyed my garden and home Since using the 3 I have put some inside as well at windows and other places where the pests tend to be attracted to I now have fewer than I had last summer I never realized actually how many there were until they started to be attracted to the yellow very sticky strips Thank you Amazon and MAX GUARD

These work too well!
I had white flys all over my gardenias, they were in swarms! I took these sticky hangers, tapped them on the stems and leaves, especially the new leaves, to get the flys to fly/stick to the hanger. And it worked great. Be careful to tap lightly because the leaves will stick to the hanger but a gentle tap seemed to work. It was amazing how they were captured. Unfortunately, several small lizards were stuck as well but a little olive oil, 1 tablespoons or so, and a gentle toothpick as a pry bar freed the little critters and they scampered away - so do a quick check for other critters daily.
