Been using for over 40 years. Over the years I've used for everything from washing dishes, laundry, general all round cleaning, great for glass and cooker tops. I dilute into old spray bottles and use in my carpet shampooer too. Real value for money and a nice smell too. Very good for stubborn stains. Also brilliant on woodwork. Spring cleaning is a doddle with it. Highly recommend

Really like startups used it for years it’s my go to. Was very disappointed not to be able to buy in shops as it really is a good product gentle but does the job.

I have always liked Stardrops. It's a good cleaning product, but I have been unable to find it. So thought I would buy it through Amazon, even though it was £7.99 for 750 ml. I presumed it had gone up in price like everything else these days.In my local Home Bargains 2 days ago , they had a shelf full, 750 ml size at 99p. I felt quite upset at the difference in price.

Brilliant cleaner so pleased i found it on Amazon as not in shops anymore

Have used this for years and am gutted to find it isn't available widely any more - and worse the owners have discontinued Stardrops with Ammonia which was brilliant for stone floors or prepping paintwork. I use this for everything: dishes, carpets, cleaning round the house and dirty items in house and outside. It's great value, good quality, a little goes a long way and it doesn't has a sickly fake scent or gimmicky weird colour. Just hope the new owners don't decide to make changes: if it ain't broke don't fix it... It doesn't irritate my skin as other cleaners do. It's been popular with any friends I've recommended it to and like me, they are finding it hard to find in the shops: why? Thankful I can get it in bulk on Amazon.

General multi-surface cleaner - take a 500ml spray bottle of water, add 1/2 capful and get to cleaning everywhere around the house. If you want a nice scent add a few drops of your favour essential or fragrance oil. Ideal for use on everything from countertops to hobs. Disinfectant cleaner - As above but this time add a capful of Fabulosa or Zoflora instead of your fragrance oil. Window/mirror/shower cleaner - fill your 500ml spray bottle 2/3 water, 1/3 white vinegar. Add a capful of Stardrops & shake before use. Before decorating - this stuff works better than sugar soap. Add 4 or 5 capfuls to your spray bottle to wash down walls ready to be painted. Laundry stain remover - add just a dab to stains to spot wash them by hand before throwing garment in the washing machine. Can be used on coloureds where you dare not use bleach. Washing up - in a pinch this can be used for handwashing dishes. However, its harsher on the skin than the likes of Fairy as it is far more concentrated so don your rubber gloves. Great for those heirloom pieces with burned on food that you dare not run through the dishwasher. This product cleans even the grimiest of surfaces with a minimum of effort, avoids having a cupboard full of different products since it can do it all. As its so concentrated its great for anyone looking to reduce their use of plastic since a bottle lasts such a long time. This makes it incredibly frustrating that it can no longer found on the High Street. Historically it was priced at the same price point as a bottle of decent washing up liquid. Thus I would expect it to cost just under £2 in July 2023, & think that scarcity has made it possible to price gouge on Amazon, which is such a shame as it really is an excellent product.
