I used to drink soda all day and night. When I tried this the first time (not this flavor) I thought it was disgusting!! It tasted like pure salt!! But months later, on a really lazy weekend when I wasn't going to leave my home for anything, I ran out of soda!! So I decided to try this again. BUT!! This time, I only added a tiny bit at a time until it was perfect and the difference was amazing!! I didn't read the instructions (Still haven't, but I don't need them now!) so I had just put WAY too much in! (I like strong flavors, what can I say?) Now I absolutely love this stuff, especially the cotton candy, blackberry peach energy, and watermelon flavors! And no soda at all anymore!! Just add a little bit at a time until it's perfect for you!! Then it's fantastic!!

The Cotton Candy flavor is hands down my favorite Liquid I.V. flavor! I drink one every day, and I'm honestly obsessed. It's sweet without being overpowering, mixes easily, and makes it so much easier for me to stay hydrated. I've been drinking it throughout my weight-loss journey, and having a flavor I genuinely look forward to has helped me stay consistent with my water intake. If you've been hesitant to try this flavor, I definitely recommend giving it a chance—it has become a daily staple for me!

This flavor of Liquid I.V. is one that after the first initial taste, you can just gulp down without the salty taste. I am supposed to drink at least one electrolyte a day for medical reasons, but I hate the salty taste of most of them out there, This cotton candy flavor helps mask the salt.

This is my absolute favorite flavor of liquid iv. Flavor is spot on, not overwhelmingly sweet or salty. Perefect for a dehydrated pick me up.

It seems to work with hydrating myself, the only small issue that I have is that in order to drink the water, you have to hold your breath, open the bottle, take a few drinks, close the lid before releasing your breath. This stuff does NOT smell good! However, if you don't breathe the scent in, this product tastes really good (like cotton candy)! If you DO breath the scent in, the taste is diabolical (you do NOT have to hold your nose, just your breath). Another great thing I love about this product is that it has NO artificial sweeteners (probably not idea for anyone with diabetes, but I have taste issues, and artificial sweeteners have an almost chalky and slightly bitter aftertaste for me). It also dissolves VERY well in 16 oz of cold water, much better than other brands and doesn't have much powdery residue! And one more warning, my partner drank liquid IV (different flavor) and became very dizzy. We learned that in order for this to work you have to be dehydrated/lack electrolytes and probably shouldn't eat before drinking. Besides the smell affecting the taste and my partner's dizziness, this product seems to be very efficient! Like I said, it still tastes like cotton candy!

It’s more like a light, fruity sweetness with a hint of that classic spun sugar flavor. If you like sweeter drinks and you’re looking for something a little different from the usual lemon-lime or berry blends, this is a fun twist. That said, if you’re not into sweet flavors or you prefer something more citrusy or subtle, this might not be your top pick. But for me, it’s a great change of pace and a fun way to make staying hydrated feel less like a chore and more like a treat. Overall, Liquid I.V. Cotton Candy is a win. It’s not my everyday go-to flavor, but it’s definitely one I like to keep around when I want something different — or when I want to impress friends with a hydration drink that doesn’t taste like chalk.

Worth every single penny. I hate energy drinks. it's very hot where I live and I need something other than Gatorade. This is by far my most favorite part of the day. leaving a water in the freezer until it is slush and making an IV cotton candy. Tastes better than the carnival. I swear. like you are a kid again only you are dehydrated and tired adult. for one brief second. You are at the fair and you feel good from these. I recommend. only if you like cotton candy
