Surprisingly Good — A Fun Twist on Hydration I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Cotton Candy flavor of Liquid I.V., but I’m always up for trying new flavors — and this one was a pleasant surprise. If you’re familiar with Liquid I.V., you already know the formula works. It really does help with hydration, especially after workouts, long days in the sun, or just when I’ve had too much coffee and not enough water. It gives me a quick energy boost and helps me feel more alert and refreshed, especially in the afternoons. Now onto the flavor — cotton candy. I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, cotton candy and electrolytes? But it actually works. It’s sweet without being too overpowering or artificial, and it has that nostalgic fairground vibe without tasting like straight-up sugar. It’s more like a light, fruity sweetness with a hint of that classic spun sugar flavor. If you like sweeter drinks and you’re looking for something a little different from the usual lemon-lime or berry blends, this is a fun twist. That said, if you’re not into sweet flavors or you prefer something more citrusy or subtle, this might not be your top pick. But for me, it’s a great change of pace and a fun way to make staying hydrated feel less like a chore and more like a treat. Overall, Liquid I.V. Cotton Candy is a win. My third package of this flavor. I usually buy from their website but was excited to find it on Amazon. Great value for the money. Great taste. You need to stir it a bit but it will dissolve in cold water. Hydrates better than plain water. Tastes great.

I bought this for traveling overseas. I knew I'd likely be dehydrated during long flights so wanted to make the most of my water. The taste is great! Be aware that they are quite sweet - but that is exactly what I wanted.

I love anything cotton candy flavored and these are delicious to me. I have POTS and since I started putting these in my water, my POTS symptoms have pretty much disappeared. Will definitely order many more times. Great Product.

It seems to work with hydrating myself, the only small issue that I have is that in order to drink the water, you have to hold your breath, open the bottle, take a few drinks, close the lid before releasing your breath. This stuff does NOT smell good! However, if you don't breathe the scent in, this product tastes really good (like cotton candy)! If you DO breath the scent in, the taste is diabolical (you do NOT have to hold your nose, just your breath). Another great thing I love about this product is that it has NO artificial sweeteners (probably not idea for anyone with diabetes, but I have taste issues, and artificial sweeteners have an almost chalky and slightly bitter aftertaste for me). It also dissolves VERY well in 16 oz of cold water, much better than other brands and doesn't have much powdery residue! And one more warning, my partner drank liquid IV (different flavor) and became very dizzy. We learned that in order for this to work you have to be dehydrated/lack electrolytes and probably shouldn't eat before drinking. Besides the smell affecting the taste and my partner's dizziness, this product seems to be very efficient! Like I said, it still tastes like cotton candy!

Great value. These mix really well into the water, no solubility issues. Great to boost hydration. Tastes very good.

First I’d have to say since you can’t find this flavor in store anywhere the value is there. The flavor is cotton candy super sweet so I just add it xtra water and it’s fantastic. My teenagers like it as well.
