If our cat falls sick, then who will take the responsibility?
Upon receiving the package, I found that all the cat food packets were in extremely poor condition. The packaging is rotten, gives off a strong bad smell, and is infested with insects. The packets are soggy and appear to be damaged, with visible signs of spoilage and contamination. This is highly unacceptable and poses a health risk to my pet. I request an immediate resolution, including a full refund or replacement of the product, and a proper investigation into the quality and handling of such pet food items.
