My daughter and I love these peppers. They have a wonderful smoked, grilled taste. They're excellent with chicken but most of all we love them in homemade hummus. My only complaint is they are not packaged well. A lot of the times, they are leaking when I receive them.

The peppers look and smell wonderful. However this bottle came leaking. I am concerned that through the same opening, bacteria could get in. What can I do?

These were the best tasting jarred peppers I have ever had. They have a fine flavor and an excellent texture.
