It's weak you have to use to much to get any effect

After doing lots of self work and balancing other medications, adding this to my daily intake seems to have resulted in a defined improvement in mood.

It is cloudier than mud. Instructions say to take a full dropper, which they say contains 100 mg of active material. If it does contain that much, then it's an overdose. So not only is it not clear, but dosing is a huge question here.

If you're ever having problems going to sleep at night you should get this if you take a little dropper before you go to bed it makes you go into a deeper sleep because you're not worrying about things. The science of this herb is something really worth looking into. It's used in addiction recovery in South Africa.

I wasn’t expecting much, but this actually surprised me in a good way. There’s a gentle calm that sets in—not overwhelming, just enough to take the edge off. I’ve used it on a few stressful days and found it helped me stay a little more level. The taste isn’t bad (a bit earthy) and the dropper works fine. I appreciate that it didn’t knock me out or make me feel off. Just…mellow. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand.

The supplement was mixed into a base containing only water and a preservative. I appreciated this, as many tinctures contain sweeteners (artificial or natural), which I tend to avoid due to dietary concerns. The flavor was the supplement was slightly bitter and herbaceous, which is what I expected. Its flavor wasn't so strong as to leave an unpleasant aftertaste, but I can imagine that some people may prefer to mix the tincture with a flavored beverage. While the serving size was 1ml, there was no indication on the bottle as to how that volume correlated with the contents of the eyedropper. My assumption was that the serving size was equivalent to one ""full"" dropper (in quotes because a full suction of the dropper only filled the tube halfway), but more direct instructions would have been useful. Within thirty minutes of taking the tincture, I noticed a slow but steady ability to concentrate, as well as a lessening of stress I normally feel during my workday. I look forward to documenting my continued usage of this supplement to better understand how else I can incorporate it into my daily routines (such as a sleep aid).
