Got these for an anniversary present, and we’re loving them! They last around a week or more on a single charge which is very nice! My only issues: the bracelet is tightened by pulling the strings, and they slip often, so consider a different band for these, as there’s no way to get it to stay, and it will get looser over time. Multiple times my bracelet has died without giving me a notification, only notifying my phone “below 5%! the moment I plug it in to charge it once it’s deader than a doornail.

It works wonderfully, it can be used over long distances, it's very nice, your partner will love it, I highly recommend it. You can also use it with your friends, and it even vibrates when you receive calls on your phone.

Was a gift and they use it all the time. They miss each other and best way for them to feel connected

You have to leave the app running in the background and stay connected through Bluetooth. It does however let you send them through the app, so you can still keep in touch while I don’t wear my bracelet to work because I’m afraid I’ll break it.

Didn’t work at all it works when it wants we followed instructions I reach out to support via the app. Doesn’t work it’s defective and if it’s giving this much problems I don’t want it at all. 125 dollars for this. No thanks it was an anniversary gift for my wife and it was a total waste.

Was a bit unsure when I bought these for my daughter and her bestie but they absolutely love them. Gives them a way to stay in touch without being on their phone. Easy to set up and very nice looking. Well made and good quality. So far, no issues. They really enjoy the gentle reminders that the other is there. Would definitely recommend.

I was skeptical aftwr seeing all the negative reviews, but I have to say they pleasantly surprised me! I haven't noticed much connection issues, my partner and I get prompt alerts when the other taps the jewlerry and they are so cute!! They help us to feel like we are around even when we are apart. Amazing concept and such a cool gift

These are beautiful, but there are a few things you should know before purchasing them: 1. You can’t connect more than one set of 2 to the same device. I purchased 2 sets (one for my daughter, and one for my stepdaughter). I assumed I could download the app on my cellphone & maintain them both through a single device. No. Thankfully, I also have an iPad - so my daughter & I are connected via the iPad, and my other daughter & I are connected via my iPhone. However, if you don’t have 2 devices, you can’t have 2 Totwoo sets. 2. They disconnect from Bluetooth at least once daily. They’re simple to connect, but it’s frustrating to have to “unbind” & start the connection process over again. And again & again…. Those are the 2 biggest issues with these. When they’re working, they’re not only fun, but you can remind someone easily how important they are to you! I love the concept behind them, but I think they still need some “back to the drawing board” moments. I’m currently wearing 2 bracelets. They’re beautiful, stylish, and I get loads of compliments on them. My daughter lives 2 1/2 hours away, my stepdaughter lives 11 hours away. When the bracelets are connected (Bluetooth), distance isn’t a problem. They work through your device. I gave these 3 stars rather than 5 because of the frequent disconnects & the necessity for 2 devices. * EDIT / UPDATE: Following this review, I received a very pleasant email from the company’s Customer Service, apologizing for the issues I was experiencing & offering to fully refund both sets. I felt that was beyond fair, and emailed them back. I opted to accept a refund on ONE set only, as I love the concept of these bracelets. Totwoo has given me instructions on “rebinding” or reconnecting the jewelry, and I have done this several times. Annoying, but easily resolved. I am very impressed with their customer service & support - because of that, I can recommend them! I’ve also changed my overall rating to 5 stars. Excellent customer service!

Decent. The battery life is about 1.5 days. It charges really fast though. I do not like that there are only 2 types of touches you can do to send to your loved one from the bracelet itsself. You have to send the rest from the app and that kind of defeats the purpose if you ask me.

Worked great the first day but having issues with one of them constantly disconnecting or not working all together. Gonna have to return which sucks bec wife really loved the idea and style of the bracelet
