Fantastic breakfast sausage blend. I've tried other blends as well as making my own. This beats it hands down. Made 40lbs of venison/pork sausage with this last fall and its a HUGE hit for everyone that tries it. Not too salty and flavor is great! I've had two separate compliments of the "best biscuits and gravy I've ever had."

The spices are of excellent quality, creating a pleasant aroma. The blend of flavors is well-executed and meets the intended purpose.

I made 50 lbs of sausage yesterday. It was the first time using this seasoning. I sprinkled the seasoning on the meat before I ran it through the grinder to make it a little easier to mix afterwards. We really like the flavor but it is a little salty. This coming from someone that loves salt! Overall, it’s easy to use and I would buy it again.

I always repurchase this sausage seasoning. I add it to pork and turkey. It has the perfect amount of spice and flavor. I highly recommend trying if you love sausage and want to make your own!

Great flavor. It makes more batches than I was expecting. I also learned that the ground pork from Costco is not fine ground enough to make breakfast sausage patties the way I’d hoped.
