Great Product, worth the money spent !!! The is a good quality product for an affordable price. This chair was packaged very well and recieved it without any defects. It was very easy to setup and it's very comfortable to sit and work. The build is sturdy and the quality of material used - for seat and back and head rest is great. Been using this for a week and it's very comfortable and ergonomic. The only thing that i miss is stopper for the wheels, however it's still great.

Good chair,the base cushion is a little firm,but overall comfortable and has good back support,main thing is customer service and warranty is good,I even got a call confirming that within 3 years I can claim warranty if the chair doesn't work

Edit: They will call after few days of delivery and will say if we review at amazon, they will give 6 months warranty extension. That's totally fake. I noticed it from various orders and many people already reported online. Just for their this tactics, I am reducing stars. Chair is good. Came pre-assembled but wrapped in plastic bags, so I had to take it apart and reassemble it. Who does that? It would be better to just deliver it fully disassembled. Now I’m forced to disassemble and reassemble it again, trying not to damage anything in the process. Why??? For almost 400 AED, the build quality is so poor — it even smells like cow manure. Some screws are already rusty. Seriously, can’t you at least keep the screws in an oiled package?

Good chair, comfortable only issue head rest and hand rest if only it could be more moveable it wouldve been 5stars. Great value for mkney.
