I didn’t work at all for my daughter. Ended up getting her adenoids and tonsils removed - she breathes better with the surgery than with these gimmick items.

This fits my 12-year-old son really well, and I was pleasantly surprised that he’s actually willing to wear it. So far, it has noticeably reduced his snoring, and he seems to be getting deeper, more restful sleep. I’m really happy with the results!

My daughter breaths through her mouth most of the time. We got this to help with that at night and honestly it has helped so much. The problems we had with it are it is waaayy too small. My daughter is 7 and it barely fits on her. This is more for a toddler's head. We ended up cutting the elastic off of it to stretch it further. The second issue we had with it is it gave her a rash under her chin. I don't know if it's the plastic or maybe because it's so small, but we had to stop using it because it got to be too bad just after a week or so. We are trying out different ones, but we can definitely see a difference in her breathing and face shape just after a few weeks with it! Just not the right size or material for us.

My child is a mouth breather, but ever since starting to use this band, they no longer sleep with their mouth open. The material is soft, so it doesn’t cause any discomfort, and they wear it comfortably throughout the night. It’s also very elastic, making it easy to adjust the length. Since breathing through the mouth with an open mouth can negatively affect facial shape in the long term, I would recommend this product to parents who are concerned about that.

As a TMJ-sufferer who does not like mouthguards, this was such a great find for me. It stops mouth-breathing at night too. I am an adult with a small-sized head and use the provided extender. Fits perfectly.
