Arm exercises
I love this machine. It works great and is so portable.

Super quiet
So quiet. Works well for our wheelchair bound son. Keeps his blood flowing. Instructions could use a little help.

Too fast
This is a very solid piece of equipment (Smart Motorized version). It's very solid and very big. The chair you use can't have a bar between the front legs, because the unit won't slide far enough underneath. The unit is quiet, except for the beeps from the buttons. Too bad it doesn't meet my specific needs. I have MS and suffer from severe spasticity (stiffness) in my legs. It takes a fair amount of effort to bend and extend them. I thought that a motorized unit could help with limbering them up to improve my range of motion. Unfortunately, the lowest speed on this is too fast for my muscles, so my feet just slip right off the pedals. I had hoped that the Manual mode would allow me to lower the speed further, but it does not. With the power off, I can freewheel either forward or reverse, because the motor seems to be disengaged. With the power on and the device in manual mode but the on/off button on the remote and console set to off, I can freewheel in forward, but there is significant resistance in reverse. I worry about damaging the motor using it like this, though. There is no way to control resistance, only speed. BTW, the "M" button on the console and the remote cycle between four modes - Manual, P1, P2, and P3. The remote does not give you any way to see which mode you're in - you must be able to see the console. The manual that comes with the device does a bad job of explaining this. I would love to like this machine, but it's just not right for me. I can't return it because we threw away the packaging.

Not quite what I thought but maybe OK?
I was looking for a active/passive bike for my wife who will be having a knee replacement. This was one of the few affordable bikes that offered motorized (passive) exercise for the early stages of rehab. Sunny's definitions of "automatic" and "manual" were not what I thought, however. In both modes, the motor moves the pedals so I suppose the only way to exercise completely on your own is to pedal with the device turned off, however, there is no way to set resistance. In manual mode, the pedals moves forward a few times, then backwards, at a speed you select. Automatic modes gradually ramps speed up and then back down again. The unit shipped to me appeared to be a return: the box was heavily re-taped, some of the parts bags were opened and the nuts/bolts had signs of being used before. The remote battery was dead. Instructions are adequate but not great. I went ahead and assembled it so we could test its suitability for rehab. Everything worked but we have not yet used it for actual rehab. If we keep it, I'll update the review. I will say that the "rental" bike the doctor recommends was $30/day, so in just a week the Sunny would pay for itself, assuming it does the job.

Smooth running and quiet. I watch the news while I pedal
It is heavy to move but easy to run and runs very quietly. I do 30 minutes forward and 30 minutes backward every day. The hand remote is great.

This is supposed to be an arm bike too?
So far this has been confusing and I’m not sure how to increase the resistance - it just goes faster with no resistance or slower with none - I’m not getting a workout at all so far. I bought this for my arms/uppper body after a proximal hamstring surgery, but the app’s programs are all for peloton-style bikes and target the lower body. Not a single one is for the arm bike or just upper body exercise and I’m in a leg brace so I cannot do any of them. That’s weird and not very inclusive. This was supposed to be an arm bike as well as a leg one and I’m not finding it useful for what I need which is an upper body cardio machine. I have weights and a full gym for resistance but this is my cardio machine. Will keep playing around with it but wouldn’t you think there’d be at least one workout for the arms on this?

It is a nice, easy to use, space saving bike.
My doctor wanted me to start riding a bike to exercise my knees. I bought this exercise bike instead and it has helped. It does not count steps, which I wish it did.

Great bike, worth the extra price
Great mini Bike. I upgraded and purchased this refurbished unit and the difference is night and day. Can realy feel the difference in circulation and it has many additional options than the other one. It states easy to assemble, and most of it was, with the exception of the nuts on the pedals that had me finding new swear words everytime the nut went flying across the room.
