Purchased these bands to use at home as I do not like crowded gyms with high monthly membership fees just to stay in shape. Got the bars and started using them to my surprise they are made very well and sturdy. Don’t let the appearance fool you. These bands are tough and give a great resistance and will give you a good challenge. I am 5”11 195lbs and I work out and these are great to have at home. They come with instructions etc. I was shocked and they made me a believer that I have some real well bands that give me that good at home resistance bands I can use to get a really good work out with and use in different ways as well. You can use also doing Pilates and stretching as well. Overall great product and would definitely recommend and purchase myself again.

Easy to take to the golf course and stretch before a round of golf, or use at home in more high intensity workouts.....

i think the way these are made is by using the same construction but just cut thinner. i think it would be better if they were all the same width but had varying composition to change weight.anyway, all the competition does the same thing, these are the most affordable & feel decent.i accidentally bought yoga bands before but these are full size 4 limb bands.i have finger stitches right now & bought these just to supplement my workout until i can grip again. i hooked them to wrist cuffs with carabiners.

The bands were durable and effective, as there were many different levels of resistance to choose from.

Fit for purpose and product as described, I am using only the lowest 2 rated bands, the others are too stiff for me.
