Excellent product. Very comfortable and really good support. The padding in the strap is thickly cushioned with an adjustable portion as well. The buckle that attaches the strap to the main part of the sling is sturdy and easy to use.The fabric in the arm portion is made up of three layers: a smooth layer that is next to your skin, then a thin soft layer of foam, and then the outside layer of smooth mesh which I think makes it more breathable and light weight.Whoever designed this thing really thought it through. There is even an extra little strap across the open part of the arm portion that helps it fit better. There's a different kind of little strap at the opening where your hand rests so you can use it as a thumb rest. There are also two small pouches, one on the outside of the sling and one on the side next to your body. I hadn't thought I'd use these but have found them to be so helpful because I can put things in them (even if it's just a tissue) and easily remove things with my free arm.Before ordering I checked the pictures along the sidebar and used their measuring guide to know what size to order. Turns out I needed a small and it fits perfectly.I'm very pleased with the quality of this arm sling. I haven't written a review in a long time, and even though I'm having to type this with one hand, I was so impressed to get something of this quality for what seems to me to be a very reasonable price, I wanted to let people know.

Have a torn rotator cuff. Got this to use before and after surgery. Is very comfortable and easy to adjust.

Omg. This made the biggest difference for me. I broke my wrist & had surgery on it from a car accident so have been in a sling for 2 weeks now. It caused so much discomfort & shoulder pain because the part where the elbow goes was too square & deep. I put this one on & felt IMMEDIATE relief. Idc also so much easier to adjust & love the clip. Wish I would have ordered this soo much sooner. Make sure you measure your palmto elbow to get the right size!

Very comfortable ,perfect fitting, not much breatheble.went out for a few our and my arm got very sweaty

Bought this just in case my daughter wanted to use it after her shoulder surgery. The “nice” one the surgery center gave her didn’t give her much support and bothered her so we tried this one instead. This one immediately changed her posture and relieved her neck. It’s a simple design but gives her stability and she can adjust it to her small sized frame (she’s 15 and petite). It was much cheaper than the one the insurance paid for so that’s a plus. She loves that it has a phone pocket.

My husband injured his hand and felt he needed something to anchor his hand close to his chest. The product is sturdy, flexible and seems good quality, but due to the painful nerve damage in my husband's hand he couldn't insert his hand through the initial opening .There lacked an adjustment to make the opening wider.Had to return.

Good quality. Versatile as can used for either arm.
