Game-changer for home entertaining
I’ve been using the Barsys 360 for a few months now, and it’s completely changed how I entertain at home. Setup was straightforward, and the app walks you through everything step by step, so even if you’re not tech-savvy it’s easy to get started. What really stands out is the consistency. Every drink comes out well-balanced, and I don’t have to measure or guess anymore. The recipe selection is huge, and I like that it includes both classics and more creative cocktails. It’s also great for experimenting—I’ve tried drinks I never would’ve made on my own. Cleaning is easier than I expected, and the machine feels solid and well-built. When friends come over, it’s always a conversation starter, and everyone loves picking their own drinks from the app. It’s definitely an investment, but if you enjoy cocktails at home or host often, it’s worth it for the convenience and quality. I’ve been really happy with it and use it way more than I originally thought I would.

Game-Changing Cocktail Machine!
I used this machine for the first time recently, and I’m genuinely blown away. It syncs with the Barsys app instantly - no fuss, no lag, just seamless connection. Once it’s set up, it makes your drink for you with zero effort. I literally tapped my phone and watched a perfect cocktail appear. The machine itself is so fun to use. It holds plenty of alcohol and mixers, so you’re not constantly stopping to refill anything, even when making drinks for multiple people. It’s perfect for hosting or just elevating your own at-home nightcap. On top of all that, it looks incredibly sleek on the counter and is modern, minimal and definitely a conversation starter. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. This machine makes bartending effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Barsys 360 – The Juice-Gushing, Freedom-Crushing, App-Confusing, Rage-Inducing Son of a Glitch!
Oh, Barsys 360, you glorious catastrophe, you. This “automatic bartender” is less a cocktail maker and more a diabolical plot to soak your kitchen in sticky regret while testing your will to live. Setup is a marathon of misery—over 4 hours of pure, unadulterated torture. The app? It’s like a cruel prank coded by a gremlin with a vendetta. Glitchy, unintuitive, and so infuriating, I had to “delete and restart” more times than I’ve rage-quit video games. By hour three, I was ready to yeet this thing into the neighbor’s yard and call it a day. The ingredient situation is a laughable disaster. Six reservoirs? That’s it? What am I supposed to make with six measly ingredients—sad water with a splash of despair? Your cocktail dreams are DOA because the limited selection boxes you into a corner. Want variety? Tough luck, pal. It’s like being handed a kiddie menu at a gourmet restaurant. Then there’s the hardware, a shoddily built monument to disappointment. We poured orange juice into one of the reservoirs, visions of tequila sunrises in our heads, only to witness a biblical flood of citrus carnage. Counter? Submerged. Cabinets? Ruined. Floor? A sticky swamp of sadness in this never ending story. We cracked it open, and surprise—a tube was just chilling, unconnected, like it was on vacation instead of me. This isn’t a machine; it’s a dollar-store toy masquerading as a bartender, with all the quality of a knockoff action figure. Flimsy plastic, wobbly parts, and zero pride in craftsmanship. I’ve seen better engineering in happy meal toys. And don’t get me started on the metric system madness. This thing was clearly designed by someone who thinks Americans measure their drinks in milliliters. Want a clean 1oz pour? Nope! You’re stuck with 0.95 or 1.15, because apparently Barsys can’t be bothered to convert to freedom units. How many millimeters are in an ounce? Nobody cares! Every pour feels like a math test you didn’t study for. The Barsys 360 isn’t a bartender; it’s a prank designed to flood your kitchen, crush your spirit, and mock your measurement system. Save your money, your sanity, and your hardwood floors. Buy a $10 shaker and mix drinks like an American! This overpriced lemon is now sitting at the bottom of a lake, where not even the fish want a drink.

Great machine in combo with the Barsys Coaster
We got a Barsys Coaster last year and we find the combination of the Coaster and the new Barsys 360 a great way to satisfy different use cases. Some friends have a Bartesian but we are really happy with the Barsys devices because unlike the Bartesian devices, there are no pods to buy and with the Barsys app and hardware, you can make any drink you want exactly the way you want from whatever ingredients you have on hand in your bar or kitchen. As cocktail newbies, we found using the Coaster to experiment and try out new drinks and to tailor drinks to our particular tastes really easy and simple with the Barsys app - initially, there were some bugs and annoying things with the UX/UI of the app, but almost all of these have been fixed in the latest updates and we've enjoyed exploring and discovering new drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and using the Coaster. The content on the app is also getting a lot better and more and more recipes and mixlists are available which makes it fun to use the devices. We find the main use cases for the Barsys 360 to be: 1) once you know your "signature" drinks/cocktails, the Barsys 360 is awesome at hosting events and parties where you can showcase these. The 360 allows you to host but not have to be the bartender all night - so you can enjoy the party instead of mixing drinks; 2) while perishable ingredients like juices, and some mixers can't be left in the machine for long periods of time, anything with a decent shelf-life can be left in and having the ability to push a button and have a nice Negroni tailored to your own tastes on demand is pretty awesome. Loading, flushing and cleaning aren't too much of a hassle with the app if you want a more complicated drink but that's why we also have a Coaster! One thing that we'd like to see to make the experience better is the ability to see a shopping list for the mix lists and to have a "starter" kit or kits that you can order with the device (or from nearby stores) so that the friction points of the out-of-the box experience are removed. When we first got the 360, we didn't take it out of the box for a few weeks because we didn't know what we should put in the reservoirs to best make drinks we liked - once we solved that problem, it was a lot easier to want to use the device. The best thing about the Barsys ecosystem vs competing products is the lack of "lock-in" to have to buy their pods and the flexibility to create whatever drinks you want. The company has made great strides in updating the UX/UI of the mobile app and the content and seeing this evolution has made the investment in the hardware worthwhile. Looking forward to seeing what else is coming....

Sleek, Smart, and Great for Entertaining
The Barsys 360 is an impressive and stylish addition to any home bar. Setup is straightforward thanks to the clear app guidance, and the machine itself looks premium on the counter. It makes consistently well-balanced cocktails with impressive accuracy, and the ability to save custom recipes is a standout feature for parties. I do have two notes. First, the app occasionally loses connection, which requires a quick restart. Second, while it excels with spirit-forward recipes, thicker ingredients like heavy cream or fruit purées can sometimes slow the dispensing. If you host often and want a high-tech helper for classic and custom drinks, the Barsys 360 delivers a great experience. Just be ready for a learning curve with thicker mixers.

Great drink machine it is the center of attention on all my parties
I had no idea what to expect. It was a big surprise when it arrived because for some reason I thought this was going to be a small machine that would be able to prepare maybe one or two drinks at once. But it’s not! You can actually prepare a lot of drinks, of different kinds even. I love hosting parties and this machine has been the center of attention every single time! Both the machine and the app are easy to navigate. I am so impressed also with the amount of different recipes on the app! And so organized! In the app you can get defferent sections with styles of kinds of drinks! So let’s say a Christmas party!? No problem there is a section of the app with drinks that would be perfectly themed for Christmas and suits the occasion, and so on! I think this is the future bar tender! 100% recommend! The drinks itself tasted perfect every single time, the quality of the machine is absolutely great! Looks so fancy, modern and it’s surprisingly light weight (when not full of drinks yet). It doesn’t leak, it is easy to clean. I thought it is perfect, Functional and so fancy! I would highly recommend!

Makes perfect drinks everytime and looks cool doing it!
I bought this for my husband's man cave and he has become the most popular guy on the block. He and his friends love trying new recipes while grilling and watching sports. It makes a perfect drink everytime and it looks cool doing it. It's so easy to use and the app has so many drink options that there really is something for everyone. This gadget really is fun to use. It's basically a party in a box and worth every penny!

DO NOT BUY company does not provide replacement or any help
This product is defective. It leaks everywhere and does not properly drain the stations after use, making it messy and unusable. From the start, it felt like a design flaw rather than user error. I contacted the company for a replacement, but they took several days just to ask for more details and still never provided a real solution. Because of the lack of response and urgency, Amazon advised me to return the defective unit and reorder a replacement, since the company was negligent in resolving the issue. When I went to reorder, the price had increased by $140, bringing the total to $400. The company still failed to offer any solution or price accommodation. Amazon then told me they would refund the $140 difference to my original payment method as an exception once I received the replacement and contacted them. After I received the new item and followed Amazon’s instructions, Amazon refused to refund the difference to my original payment method and would only offer a gift card, despite what was previously promised. This put me in a frustrating position caused by a defective product and poor support from the seller. Between the product defects, slow and ineffective customer service, and the financial inconvenience this caused, I cannot recommend this product or this company.
