Great product. But, I ordered 4 pack and only received 3 and cannot get customer support to respond. This product is to expensive as is without being cheated out of a bottle Since I posted my review the company has come through and refunded for the missing bottle so I am revising my opinion

I had gallbladder surgery over twenty years ago and my poor liver has been doing it’s job and the gallbladder’s job ever since. Within a few days of taking AKKA, I felt like a different person and I’m not kidding—a different person—energy supercharged. My liver smiles now! After my first bottle, there was a lag before my second bottle arrived. Within those few days, I could tell the difference. If you're on the fence, go for it. You are worth it and so is your liver.

I was taking this, get sick was on antibiotics. My guts started burning. Doctor thought gallbladder had an expensive test, nope. It turns out this product with antibiotics will blow holes in your mucus lining of your small intestinal tract. I am working to try and fix, but if I hadn't stopped taking this product I may not be here to warn you about this product. Just don't take it. It does nothing for a fatty liver and puts you at risk for killing your digestive health. It will take months to fix the damage this product inflicted on my health. Painful and so not worth it! It can invert your colon which can kill you. I'm going to contact the manufacturer and possibly an attorney. Be warned this isn't a good way to die. Ackerman six is deadly with antibiotics.

WOW!! This stuff REALLY works!! For the first two days I only took one and but even on day 2 noticed my Abdominal bloat go down and feeling happier- a messed up gut messes with your mind/mood big time! They say it is our second brain but I feel like it's the first since it effects how our brain/mind feels and reacts. On the 3rd day I took the recommended 2 and OMG I couldn't believe how much my mood had shifted! And my bowl movements- MUCH better!! I am SO glad I stumbled across a commercial about it on YT! What a game changer!!
