Great knife set
This kitchen knife set is excellent quality and a great value. The knives are sharp and feel comfortable in the hand, making food prep so much easier. The set covers all the essentials, and each knife feels sturdy and well-made. I also appreciate how sleek they look on the counter. Such a pretty color ans well and love that they all have covers. Overall, a reliable, high-quality knife set that I’m really happy with and would definitely recommend.

Great knife set
I love my new knife set! They are very easy to clean and handwash. I love the lightness and ease when cutting my fruits and veggies. I've also sliced steak with these. These knives work really well and they look fun and colorful. Im hoping that by handwashing these knives they will remain durable and sharp. I also love the scissors that come with the set. They are super sharp as well.

Buy this set for yourself or as a gift. Excellent for housewarming!
What a bang for my buck! I got these when they were less than $20 and they are incredible. I love the colors and the look of them. Each sheathed individually for safety and very durable. I've only had them for a few weeks but so far no rust issues. Although I wash and individually dry each of my knives for ease of use and to avoid this very things. They're very easy to use and very sharp so be careful and focus while issuing. Highly recommend. And they come with an incredibly nice set of kitchen shears.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Surprisingly High Performing Knife Set
This Astercook 13-piece knife set was an impulse purchase that truly paid off. I already own an Astercook knife block set, and this collection complements it perfectly. The standout for me is the 7-inch santoku knife—it’s easily my most-used. It slices meat cleanly (especially beef against the grain) and, surprisingly, is the best knife I’ve ever used for cutting cantaloupe. The ergonomics are excellent, requiring very little effort and putting no strain on my palm or wrist—it truly feels like cutting through butter. The paring knife handles detailed cutting beautifully, and the chef’s knife is a true workhorse, chopping everything from vegetables to raw nuts with ease. Performance aside, the color palette initially drew me in—and it’s even better in person. The soft, creamy hues are elegant and “buttery,” making the set feel far more upscale than its price suggests. This set also hits a perfect gift price point. It looks and performs like a premium knife collection without the premium cost.

Good quality, sharp, nice to use
This is a GOOD set of knives at an excellent price. Certainly not the equivalent of a set of Henkel's top of the line, but then one of those knives cost more than this entire set. The blades are sharp, the supplied covers are a nice touch. Note that these are carbon steel, not stainless, so if you leave them wet the edges will rust. You definitely don't want to put these in the dishwasher (but you shouldn't put sharp knives in the dishwasher anyway). As long as you wash them after use and dry them promptly they'll be fine. On the plus side, carbon steel is easier to sharpen than stainless. I've seem some reviews complaining about the plastic handles, but they work fine for me.

Thought they’d be cheap, but this Astercook set really holds up
I bought the Astercook Knife Set, 13 Pieces, expecting “just okay” budget knives because of the low price and all the glowing reviews. After using them for a while, I’m honestly impressed. These are not professional chef knives and I did not expect them to be at this price, but they are way better than the usual cheap sets. Out of the box they were very sharp, and after using the main chef knife on tougher jobs like cutting through oxtail and trimming around small bones, the edge has held up much better than I thought it would. No chipping, no weird bends, and they still slice cleanly. One thing that really matters with this set is how you care for it. The Astercook knives are listed as dishwasher safe, but I follow the instructions and wash them by hand, dry them right away and put the blade covers back on. If you leave them wet in the sink or on a drying rack, you will eventually see rust spots, and honestly that would happen with a lot of knives. Treated properly, mine have stayed clean and rust free. Looking at the blade material and how it’s holding up, I can tell they’ll be easy to keep sharp with a basic sharpener when they eventually need it. The knives themselves are on the lighter side, which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you like. I usually prefer a heavier knife, but these still feel balanced in the hand and the handles are comfortable to grip during a longer prep session. I like that each knife comes with its own guard, so I can store them in a drawer without worrying about dulling the edge or cutting myself reaching in. The earth tone colors look nice on the counter too, not overly bright or flashy. Overall, the Astercook Knife Set has surprised me in a good way. For the price, I expected something that would go dull fast or chip as soon as I hit a bone, but so far it has handled everyday cooking and heavier prep without a problem. If you want an affordable set that actually feels solid and you are willing to wash and dry them properly, this is a very good buy. Hopefully my experience helps someone decide if this set fits what they need.

You must buy these. You won’t be disappointed. Very high quality.
These knives are so sharp! They’re also bigger than I thought they would be. I did not expect such a high quality to be honest. I paid $17.99 for these on sale, which I think is a steal. Even at $49 it’s a steal. I can’t recommend them enough. They cut meat and vegetables like butter. Very sturdy & well made. I don’t run them in the dishwasher. I wash and dry them by hand. There is a size for any need. The colors are so cute!
