A must have
This is just as good as the Tour Striker ball and half the cost. I use this for chipping and pitching to work on keeping my arms and body connected.

Finally someone got it right!!
I’m not usually one to write reviews unless something is really good or bad. This golf swing trainer is awesome. I’ve tried similar ones and all of them are great for improving your swing, but this is the only one that is easy to use. I’ve tried using a kids ball, I recently bought the Connector by sure golf and returned it a week later. They all have the same problem of trying to get it set up between your arms while using one of your arms to hold the ball. Having the ball connected to a lanyard makes it so much easier. I can get my grip on the club and then just drop the ball down between my forearms. It’s that simple. The other nice thing is that the material on the outside of the ball is like felt or something similar. It makes it easier to keep the ball between your arms on hot days when your arms are sweating. You also don’t even notice the lanyard when making your swing. It doesn’t get in the way and easy to swing with it on. This trainer is also less than half of the price of the Connector by Sure golf. My swing has improved significantly since using it.

Great value
There are no instructions, but it is a simple device and is easy to figure out. Works well, keeps the arms connected through the swing. Takes about five swings to get the feeling. Well worth the price.

This is an outstanding product if you’re looking to improve your swing. Not way when you first start using it but it builds the correct muscle memory.

Poor quality
The ball doesn't stay inflated for longer than a few swings. I didn't use it much at first. By the time I noticed, the return window was closed. You can pump it up then squeeze it and hear the air rushing back out. Very poor quality.
