This pillow has been life changing. I lay down on it and don't move the entire night! It has really cured any neck soreness from sleeping wrong or weird on regular pillows. I had purchased it for my husband thinking I didn't need a special pillow. However, I tried it for 1 night after he went on and on about the quality of his sleep and he was right - I was sold! I've purchased a few other brands for my kids, thinking they were the same. They were ok/fine but didn't compare to this brand!

Short version: I’ve had this pillow for a month. I had chronic neck pain and now I don’t. Long version: I had been dealing with neck pain daily for several months. I wasn’t sure why, but eventually discovered it was for sure my pillow. I had a 15yo tempurpedic pillow and I guess it had hit its end of life (even tho visually it looked just the same). I tried various pillows we had around the house as well as an Avocado brand pillow. None of them worked. I even tried sleeping with no pillow. My neck continued to ache, and sometimes in new ways when I changed pillows. One day, someone I follow on IG happened to share in passing that her husband used this specific pillow and she linked to its Amazon listing. I was skeptical—I kinda thought pillows shaped like this were just a gimmick. But at the price point and with free returns, it was worth trying it out. Really glad I did—no more neck aches. Actually, the first moment after I laid my head down on the pillow, I was overwhelmed with how comfortable it was. But I felt old myself to remain calm—I needed to give it time to see if it really worked. It’s now been around a month, and I’m still impressed. Notes: the first couple nights, it seemed a little hard, but either it softened a bit or my head got used to it. The packaging came with directions on how to use the pillow. I followed those. I’m a side sleeper, so I have the thicker side near to my shoulders (if that makes sense). I got the standard size and a standard size pillow case fits fine over it.

It does take some getting used to, but after a few days I couldn’t imagine trying to sleep without it! It did help with my neck pain some, but unfortunately it’s going to take more than a pillow. The reasons I did not give it a full 5 stars: it is very awkwardly shaped so you cannot put a cover or pillowcase on it. My husband has night sweats and has his stained terribly already. The cover does come off to wash but nothing you can do about stains that stain remover does not work on. Also, I like for my bed to look nice, these are not pretty at all lol. But I love them and I just put pretty pillows in front of them!

I needed to get this type of pillow due to neck surgery although it wasn't recommended (google search). My surgery progressed nicely, and I still use it many months later, as I sleep better than I ever have! Quality is excellent! I would highly recommend this pillow!

I have cervical stenosis which has been aggravated recently. I have used this pillow hoping that it would give me support and a good night’s sleep. I followed the instructions for using the pillow for side sleeping, which is how I sleep. Whenever I awake to change sides it’s hard to find a comfortable spot and makes it hard for me to return to sleep. Last night was the worst. I was in such pain when trying to turn over that I couldn’t use the pillow anymore and had to get up for a pain reliever and a normal bed pillow. I woke up with pain in my neck that I’ve never had this badly. As instructed, I used the pillow on consecutive nights, which was supposed to bring relief. Do not purchase this “cervical” pillow. I even tried using it as a back sleeper just to see if that made a difference, but the fact is it was worse, if possible. I could only stay in that position for less than a minute. Very uncomfortable. I purchased it before a trip so it wasn’t delivered on time for me to use it in the time period allowed for Amazon returns. It says 100 nights and you can return to supplier. Very painfully disappointing.

Great pillow for cervical issues! I was suffering horrible migraines to no avail. Then I got this pillow and boom! That little overnight body adjustment was all I needed. It took me a few days to get used to, its different but worth the wait. It holds its shape very well, can be flipped around and used 2 ways to support you how you need it and the 2nd best part is that it's cover is machine washable! I highly recommend this pillow!

I have neck pain that leads to migraines. This pillow is ok but the shape makes my sleep harder and would recommend any other option.

I was skeptical about this pillow, having bought a number of expensive ergonomic style pillows in the past. But anyone knows with persistent neck pain, you’re willing to try anything to be rid of it. Physio only goes so far when every night you go to sleep and undo all your recovery from the day. I was so surprised that this actually did work! The pillow is FIRM and shaped in a way that cradled my head and neck to prevent it from winding up in poor positions. I tend to lay both on my back and side and change frequently throughout the night and this prevented me from doing so in a way that gave me a crook neck. I love the raised sides that enable side sleeping and the dip in the middle that enables back sleep. I highly recommend you give it a try if you suffer neck pain due to sleep.

It's really bad for cervical. Height is too much. It's no different from a normal pillow. Will make ur cervical worse.

The pillow is too hard to sleep on. Unfortunately we cannot return it, so it's not an expensive piece of junk in the room...
