Get the FIFA 18 ICON Edition and receive a FUT ICON 3-match Player Loan and 8000 FIFA Points! Review: Great but could be better - No issues - purchased this and was able to download and play (abeit a limited version) of FIFA 18 before anyone else. Wont be doing this again will just be on release date as too much hype and end result does not live up to expectations. Game itself is better but I wish they would offer free coins, points etc to players - sick and tired of having to buy fifa points which cost a lot of money - money making this is really and shame it has to be this way. But game is faultless Review: Paid for a product that has been effectively delivered to the wrong place and so intended recipient cannot use it - wasted £50 - What a disaster - first download shows as FIFA 18 not FIFA18 Icon edition - so spent best part of an hour on Microsoft helpline confirming that the download was correct version (hate to think what that cost me) then it downloaded on my account and not my sons and so, although he can access the game, he cannot access all the additions that I paid the extra £50 for and Microsoft cannot / will not allow them to be transferred to his account (although Ryan on the chat was as helpful as he could be with his hands tied behind his back) . I have paid for a product that has been effectively delivered to the wrong place and so the intended recipient cannot use it - yes I had some role in that error but would normally expect a reputable supplier to help me to correct the problem. I cannot find any way to complain directly to them, and I could not leave feedback on desertcart / feedback as this order did not show, so am using this forum to vent my frustration.

Bonus content doesn't work!
Total con. None of the bonus material works. Have paid £90 and ended up with the basic content that we could have bought for £48 and spent hours and hours trying to make it work! Have seen from a variety of forums that this is a common problem yet EA don't seem to be doing anything to fix it. Interestingly Amazon saying this version is currently unavailable - suspect because they either know it doesn't work and/or they've had so many complaints. I called Amazon and explained and they've kindly refunded me the difference - but this was an exception purely because I'm a longstanding customer. Normally one would have to pursue EA for a refund - well, good luck with that!!!!

Additional downloads don't work
Only one star as there's no option for zero stars. Do not buy this game. Bought for my son as a pre order and come the anticipated day of release the additional downloadable content could not be downloaded. After online chat with EA they apologised and promised compensation if not sorted within a week. A week later and they are now blaming Microsoft. Still no downloadable content and I have paid £90 for what is in effect the basic edition. Very poor. Contacted Amazon to complain who have refunded the difference between the basic version and this one. Avoid this game at all cost.

Very pricey but suppose all xbox one games are these days. Son had for early birthday present loves it
