Amazing & Quality Ingredients
I have tried a few different brands of chili oil and realized most are full of awful seed oils. This brand is amazing! Quality ingredients and it’s absolutely delicious. My only request is if they could add the whole black Sichuan Peppercorns… like the other big brand. Other than that, this is perfection. It definitely doesn’t upset my stomach like the seed oil ones. This is my new favorite addiction- Homemade sourdough with probiotic cottage cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil and Redbloom chili oil!

yum, spicy and good for you
So, I had been buying other chili crisp, but they seemed to reek havoc on my digestion. Then I found this. It may cost a little more than other brands, but it is worth it and a good value. I can eat this and have no digestive issues. This had a good level of spice without being too much. The crispiness is perfect for what I would want. Unlike other options, this did not arrive leaking, as is common with other oil-based sauces.

Best Chili Crisp
I love this product. It's so flavorful; the pepper flakes are infused in oil that isn't harsh on the stomach, it has a nice texture and isn't rough on the tongue. I put it on top of my fish, sauteed noodles, etc....It's a little pricey but worth it. The best chili crisp I've ever had, Yum.

These are Christmas
Why the heck has it taken so long for this to exist!?!?! FINALLY a non-seed oil chili oil that is more delicious than an entire aisle at erewhon! The spice and balance and flavors are literal heaven on earth. The only problem is, we are flying through these jars at light speed. And also we had to get some for our foodie neighbors. Please consider discounting by volume! haha, but seriously. What a joyful addiction! We searched long and hard for so many years-- I have called out famous restaurants and chefs on socials for their toxic oils in their chili crisp repeatedly, and finally, it has all converged into this incredible creation. Thank you RedBloom 🙏🏽

Dopamine is spicy but not ridiculous. Needs more “crunch”
I bought this because it is a low sodium chili crunch product. I don’t know or (care?) about the gut health properties since in use a relatively small amount. I ordered the mild but they sent me the hot “dopamine” flavor. I tried it anyway and it’s great. It definitely has spice, but it’s very reasonable. Comparison to momofuku chile crunch: Spice level of dopamine is very similar or slightly spicier than momofuku. The flavor is brighter and sweeter than momofuku. There is substantially less “crunch”, and more oil than momofuku. It has 28 vs momofuku 45 mg of sodium per serving. I prefer it over momofuku, but the cost is a fair bit more. I can usually get momofuku for about 60% of the cost. If they sold it for $10, I would be all over it. I use it for fish tacos with sour cream, eggs burgers, all sorts of stuff.

It’s great if you like Star Anise flavoring
Love that this is not made with a seed oil, but I was super disappointed that they use Star Anise as an ingredient. It completely overpowers the whole flavor and it did not taste good to me. I like to use it to make Asian style cucumbers, and that flavor was all I could taste.

Great Addition to Any Dish
Delicious and spicy without irritating my stomach! I love adding it to my eggs and ramen. It is a little pricey but you're definitely paying for a better quality product.

Try at your own risk
Well, It says gut healthy. But for some, it is not. I broke a two day fast with two fried eggs, and drizzled this chili crisp over my eggs. The peppers seeds are extremely firm with a coating, like glass, . Had the eggs with chili crisp on Monday November 17th, and Tuesday I had pain on my lower left side. Wednesday was worse, Thursday was unbearable !!! Went to urgent care Thursday morning, they touched the lower left area of the stomach and lets just say they knew I was in pain. Off to the ER . Turns out that one of those glass like seeds got stuck in my colon, and gave me Diverticulitis. VERY PAINFULL !! I'm on a 10 day course of antibiotics to clear this up...it's horrible. The flavor was good, so I MIGHT just remove the seeds and keep the oil. I'm sure it's fine for most people, just not me.
