Edit: Previously gave it a 1 star but I was able to contact company's customer care on WhatsApp and they offered a full refund. This product is great and helpful when it works, maybe mine had a manufacturing defect? or maybe the product has an internal problem that needs revision. Anyways, always have a backup from this item if you need to use it consistently. Ordered two of these things. Didn’t come in the rectangle case as selected btw it was the plastic bag one and one of them started leaking after some time smh. The bidets…One was okay and The other one I’m sure was a defect. It would not stop running after powering it on… like the buttons were useless and the only way it’d stop is when you’d click the power button after a couple minutes. L
