Easy to mold (warm) or carve (cold). Flesh tone is fairly accurate for caucasian lightly tanned skin. Value for $ is fair. Does not dry, and will, like any plasticine clay, flow/sag over time unless kept quite cool. Great for temporary works as well as for primary mold for silicone or plaster in small batches. can be used as positive to make silicone negative mold for future castings in the silicone mold. Don't leave topographical voids unless making a multi-part mold - it is al most impossible to remove all the clay from inner voids. Okay for children's crafts, but large amount of single color will be pretty boring to most of them. Soap and water will clean hands and surfaces easily, but note that any oil based product may irrevocably leave dark oil stains on clothing, tabblecloths, etc.

Takes shape perfectly.

I bought this clay to put in the bottom of a keyboard: giving it weight and lowering its resonant frequency. It was very easy to work with. I used the wire type of cheese slicer to cut off slices that are all of the same thickness. Having put the keyboard back together, I think there's a slight difference in result. Nothing Earth-shattering. But - it thocks. I suppose that having success in my use of this product says nothing much about the general value of the product itself though. It's 'clay'. It is suitably moldable. Sticks pretty well to plastic. And it's heavy. That's all that I needed from it. All its other potential attributes must be assessed by someone else with knowledge of them. I will say that I was surprised by its color. I expected it to be picket fence white. In actuality, it's a very light gray. Smells good too - for what that's worth..

Good modeling clay

Great stuff. I model faces with it. Stiff out of the package, but it softens with working. Warm water speeds the softening, and it remains easily workable during my working sessions. It holds simple detail, doesn’t dry out. I’ll continue to use it.
