Cucina Palermo: My Homemade Cookbook

I bought this book for my mom and she absolutely loves it.

For the people who expect perfection in previous review:, yes poor quality pictures, however this is not a professional cookbook, it is homemade (as said in title) and I respect personal home recipes with real pictures of the dish at a home! Easy recipes with basic ingredient list and common sense guide to cooking authentic Sicilian dishes at home! 2nd cookbook arriving today, can’t wait to get it!

I just got the book today and I love it. What I love about Rita is she cooks for her big family and all of her recipes are pretty easy. I watched her crab sauce video and the recipe is in this book which I was thrilled to see. If you have a family to cook for Rita’s recipes are perfect. I’m very happy.

I was excited to receive this cookbook, only to be terribly disappointed. It truly looks like a kindergartner edited this book. The recipes are meh, while the pictures are atrocious. It looks like a 1980s Polaroid took the photos. Making the already-lane recipes look worse than you can imagine

self published, pricey

I’ve made mostly all of the recipes and they are delicious! I honestly think the price is a lot for a novice cookbook. The pictures are huge and I don’t think should take up an entire page when that page can have another one of her delicious recipes. I want to buy her recent cookbook but not for price.

Love the large print!

It's very homemade! . Not even a Table of Contents, which makes it hard to look up a recipe. It's like she was in such a hurry to get this book out and make some money! Some of the recipes are good, but after a while they all start sounding the same.

Nicht zu vergessen Ritas legendäre Parmigiana, die ist (hoffentlich für immer gespeichert) auf TikTok @cucinapalermo ... Nachkochen macht glücklich!!! DANKE

Love how easy it was to purchase this cookbook here on Amazon and that it was available foe me in Canada, I follow Rita on TikTok and so happy that I was able to purchase her cook book and love the recipes in it.

Rita is an amazing cook. She also seems like a really nice person. The book is really easy to follow.
