Good product, smells like eggy farts. This helps to improve blood flow; I can't comment on how effective it's been yet. But this stuff is effective for plenty of people; you never know until you try. Handy small size for trialling whether the supplement works for you, and good value too. Props to BW for offering this consumer-friendly size.

I'm giving this 3 stars (upgraded to 4 stars now - check update), because of the taste. It's baaaad! I mix it up in plain water and chug it down like a tequila shot and immediately stuff a small date in my mouth to obliterate the terrible taste it has. I have tried mixing it with protein powders and other juices - doesn't work for me. I have read reviewers who have said it tastes good when mixed with fruit juices. That being said, ultimately it does work - definitely felt more energetic, however, I cannot get past the taste as it makes me gag and so will not be using it anymore. Will purchase it in pill form. For those undecided, perhaps choose the smaller pouch and if you like it, then acquire the larger one. Hope I helped. Update: I have got to admit that I gave this another try and you get used to the taste so upgraded to 4 stars. Still prefer the pill option though :)

I take this 30 mins to 1 hr before the gym. Helps with better pumps, and one onto other things : ) The taste is very bitter, so I would recommend putting 5 grams straight into your mouth on your tongue, and then gulping it down with some water.

Had in the past and had no problems at all, good quality product good pump. Bought another bag in August, it came and had an off/eggy smell to it and significant clumping in the bag, caused a LOT of GI issues and threw it away. Assume just a bad batch which can happen with any brand but just be aware it shouldn't have that kind of smell!

Cheap and effective - for what this costs and for how well and quick my arms pump at gym this is excellent value.
