Good product
This Barley grass is an excellent product. It tastes great in smoothies but I also don’t mind the taste on its own in just water as a pick me up , it does have a grass taste but I find this reassuring knowing the product and take this as a sign it is a pure unaltered natural product.

Quality product.
Good quality product at a reasonable price. Barley grass is more easily digestible than wheat grass, and less allergenic. It is high in chlorophyll, vitamin A, protein and minerals. It is anti-inflammatory, protects against cancerous free radicals, strengthens soft tissues and lowers blood fat.

Easy to mix and leaves no grit behind. Taste is not over-powering. I like to add this to spinach and blueberries in a nutribullet.

It is an acquired taste
Early doors yet for results but needs mixing with something to help it go down and I find it not as sweet the single shots I've had at health festivals. It's the nearest to the fresh shots that I've tried. will purchase again when running short.
