I tend to get swollen due to my sinus issues and as a result of being in my 40’s. Turmeric from dr Mercola has helped a lot. In addition to my other herbal medicine, this turmeric really helps. I recommend anyone who tends to get the sinus issues, to try it. My face is not as swollen, although I feel like it is, is not as bad as before. I tried other stuff and apparently great brands over time that were supposed to be good but they barely worked. Sticking to Dr Mercola’s vitamins all the way.

I had no idea that turmeric helped bronchitis. I started taking this for other reasons, but then within a week my adult onset bronchitis almost disappeared. I Googled turmeric to see if it helped with bronchitis, and it does. I'm not sure that I have noticed a lot of other benefits to taking this. I just started taking it for overall health. My sciatica isn't as bad since I started taking it, but I don't know if it's related or not. Since the pain comes and goes as it is. But I will continue to take this even if helping with my asthma is The only benefit.. I also give this to my dogs.

I take this for blood pressure control and it really works! I ran out and could tell a difference in 2 days. I went to order and it was out of stock, I was sick to my stomach thinking of not being able to find it. 😱. I just got an email, it is on its way, thank goodness! The capsules are vegan and easy to swallow. They also don't interfere with my Alpha Gal allergy.
