I have only had this pillow for a few days so hopefully I'll update my review later.I've never had a memory foam pillow before but it's obvious from first seeing this one that it is really good quality. It's thick and never sinks right down - just moulds around you. The cooling topping is really interesting too - great for people who over heat.I've been struggling recently with neck and shoulder pain - a pinched nerve I think in my neck. As we are in lockdown I cannot have my regular acupuncture or physio so I've noticed my pain getting worse. I ordered this as was desperately trying to find a way to ease my pain at night. I hadn't slept properly for ages.The first night I wondered if it would be comfortable - I'm a side sleeper and it's so different to my normal pillows but it was surprisingly comfortable! I only woke up twice the first night when I had been waking up 7 or more times a night. Now a couple of days later I am down to waking up just once.I still have some pain in my shoulder but everything feels looser so I'm hoping this will really help me.The price seems expensive at first but I don't think it is because this seems like something that will last. And to me it is worth it to be able to sleep again and wake up in less pain. Definitely worth trying if you are in pain and need more support.

Having purchased MANY pillows to try and ease shoulder arthritis and neck problem I wasn't expecting miracles from this pillow. BUT a couple of weeks in it has made a considerable difference. It feels quite firm at first and a bit strange if I am honest - but it is fully supportive by just the right amount. Whether sleeping on my side or my back this is really comfy. The memory foam worried me a bit as I have found them unbearably hot. However the gel topper cools to just the right amount. Proof of it working is that I now get up in the morning without neck pain and my shoulder pain is significantly reduced. The removable cover is useful for hygiene. So far this has been worth every penny.

I ordered this pillow a couple of weeks ago now, and to start with I thought it was going to be to hard to sleep on as I love a soft fluffy pillow, but I thought, I bought it now so I have to try it. Once I laid my head on it, the memory foam just softens around your head and it feels soft all of a sudden! It took a couple nights to get use to, but now I wouldn’t change back to my original cheap pillow! It has that wonderful cooling gel that you feel instantly which I quite like. I wouldn’t say this is a miracle pillow as everyone is different and it’s about trying things to suit you. I still do suffer with neck and back pain but I think that comes down to my mattress as well. However this has improved my sleep and I feel more comfortable on it. I recommend it if you’re looking for an average priced pillow and wanting to try something new.I’d also like to mention that a lady called Sofia has emailed me since and she’s very kind and concerned as to whether it’s The right pillow for you which feels reassuring that they care about their product !

I've tried a few pillows, all of which claimed to offer relief, but didn't! This one is different. I was attracted, initially, by the idea of a cooling gel. It sounded like it might work. I was also attracted by the depth of the pillow. It fell within the Goldilocks zone in that it was just right.I must say that, in all honesty, I have noticed an improvement in that the stiffness in my neck has significantly reduced over the week or so I've been using this pillow.This might seem fanciful until one realises how quickly the stiffness in one's neck can develop. It really can be a simple as changing one's pillow.It makes absolutely NO sense to pay £5 for 2 cheap pillows from the high street, have weeks of restless sleep before you're forced to throw them away & repeat the process, time & again.The recommendation is clear: by one for yourself.I shall close with a (paraphrased) quote: the definition of insanity is doing the same thing, repeatedly, while expecting different results each time -- Albert Einstein.

I tried my husbands almost identical pillow beforehand, which is why I chose this one. However, this one is ALOT firmer than his, very hard and nowhere near as comfortable.I do like the cooling gel, I think it makes a difference.It feels too high for me, I am a side sleeper, and I did wake with neck/ back ache. I will persevere.Knocked off 2 stars as it arrived damaged, see photos, did contemplate returning it but no more in stock & getting it back in the packaging would be a nightmare, the pillowcase is tight so hopefully it wont split any further. It was expensive, at the price it was I am disappointed about the damage.Will update after a few weeks use.UPDATE;After a few weeks of use I am getting used to the firmness and height, and I am actually finding it quite comfortable. I think after a bit more use it will soften a little and be very comfortable.

Thought I’d try a support pillow as I’ve been having neck ache for a while with sleeping awkward. Read a load of reviews and picked this one as the reviews were good, well I’m not kidding when I say I have 80% less stiffness, the pillow is amazing it supports your neck, no matter how you sleep , I’m a side sleeper who tosses n turns most nights I’ve been using it now for a week and have been having the best sleeps.Feel so refreshed from a decent nights sleep would recommend if your having neck or back pain, it is a little hard at first but really does contour to fit, comfy on your neck and spine and the cooling really helps also ☺️ Great product I will never go back to using old floppy non support pillows again 👍🏻🙌
