So refreshing! I was craving an iced matcha latte, and this mix absolutely hit the spot. The package includes instructions for hot, blended, or iced drinks. I made the iced version and followed the recipe for a lighter drink (2 teaspoons of mix with ¼ cup warm water). I poured that over ice, added unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and topped it with a few berries—so, so good. I’m not particularly artistic, but there’s something special about making a pretty drink with froth, layers of color, and a berry on top. It feels like a little daily treat. Best of all, it tastes like coffee‑shop quality without the coffee‑shop price. I can make about 15 drinks from one bag, and even with alternative milk, it’s roughly a quarter of the cost of my local coffee shop.

It is okay, quite expensive for contents. It’s good for iced matchas, I’ve never made it hot so i can’t speak on that.

It doesn't taste like a vanilla bean, but it does taste pretty good! I like to use mostly regular matcha latte powder and then about a half a scoop (one tsp) of this powder to add the vanilla flavor. A little goes a long way with this powder!

Love it! To be fair I’ve only had it cold. I use a frother and room temp water and then pour it over ice and organic milk. The flavor is mild and I don’t notice the collagen. It’s become my go to drink!
