You can do better than Nicotinelle but you will need a plaster to keep them on.

I am using these to quit vaping (been vaping for a yr as I used them to quit cigarettes) so far very few cravings and on day 5, I also use a breathing necklace for the hand to mouth habit. Yes I do have a slight reaction but its not unmanageable. If you have probs with it staying on get some second skin patches, works like a charm! But for me if I try to take a nap or sleep with it on the dreams are wild, so I recommend you take it off at night!

Guys read the comments and yes it works. I read a comment that said left me with burns, lol. Its called allergy. I am also allergic to it but took an antihistamine and its fine so far. I'll just try a different one but will manage these with antihistamines till the other product arrives. So please feel free to buy it may cause you irritation like any other product you may be allergic to just like some can eat nuts while others can't. Hope this helps.

I am now down to the last 4 patches of a 4 week supply, and only getting round to ordering the next Step due to being away for 2 weeks. I've been a 20-25 a day smoker since the early 60s and decided for both health and financial reasons to make a serious attempt to give up, again! (I had used Nicorette patches 20 years ago, been smoke-free for about 2 years, then went to a wedding, and you'll guess the rest). I've found these patches to be quite effective, and remembering the horrendous sleep disturbances with the Nicorette patches (putting it on before bedtime), I decided to put the first one on around 5 pm, and then an hour later each day for the first week. This certainly seemed to calm down my sleep patterns by the end of the first week. During that first week I'd have half a cigarette with my morning coffee, and either a half or full one after dinner, but I really suspect that was something to do with habit, and my fingers having nothing to do to keep them occupied. By the second week I was off the smokes altogether, although there was the odd craving from time to time. I only have 2 complaints about these patches. Minor one first, which is that all four tiny corners of the patch on the skin don't have the full adhesive, and tend to rotate a little bit, but they do stay stuck to the skin. My second complaint is that after using 10 days of patches my skin was like a patchwork quilt! My forearms, chest, and upper thighs were covered in little pink "flags" which took longer than a week to completely disappear, and I was beginning to worry that I was running out of usable space! Overall, I am very happy with them, and I suspect that with Step 2 having less nicotine, my little pink flags will disappear much quicker.

I’m only on day 6 of stopping but I always had a vape in my hand (albeit only started vaping 2 years ago) hated the habit but liked the taste of vaping! Aside from will power and keeping busy these patches have been fantastic! I’ve had to vary with strength and one problem I didn’t realise was if you keep the patch on at night it keeps you up.. (so best to remove 4 hours before bed!) it’s been great and I am going to keep purchasing until it’s no longer even in my head to think about vaping!

Works well

Bought this item as it was cheaper than the other popular alternative. Used for 16hrs as states. I expected it to itch, but this literally burned into my skin. 3 weeks and it still hasn't healed!!! I would enter with caution when trying this product and do a 2-3hr test before leaving it on for the full time required if you're attempting these.
