I am very disappointed with the product and, even worse, with the manufacturer or the distributors (whoever is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly returned). The product is flawed and almost seems like a scam product. I would advise anyone not to buy this product. I need my money back

Easy to use and set up.

Set up is extremely difficult
The instructions are not easy to understand. This is a phone setup and you have to send videos etc to your TV from your phone. It is quite complicated unless you are okay with computers. Return postage costs you £2.99 so you lose cash if you don’t want to keep it.

Item was wrong for my tv. My fault didn’t order correct item. But refund process was simple and refund processed quickly
