These are a little pricey, but I like them. I take 1 a day, not the two recommended due to the aftertaste. Its not bad, it just a turmeric taste. They work okay with no jittery effects. I will continue to use them if I can get them on sale.

Works well for keeping appetite down
Tried and at the beginning wasn't working, but didn't give me any digestive issues like lactose probiotics so I continued. After week and a half I noticed decrease in appetite so it helped me to loose 6lb. I am no longer loosing weight due to no time to exercise, but continuing taking this probiotic.
