May not be the Echinacea Tincture you're used to...
Let's say that I've been using various brands of Echinacea Extract for many decades, including the Herb Pharm brand soon after they landed on the shelf and even 'small batch boutique' cooked up by my Herbalist/Inorganic Chemist housemate that he used to gave away for presents - alcohol, glycerine, or not. They all had a distinct taste that screams 'Echinacea'. This one, it's thick and a little syrupy with sweet aftertaste like some sort of smoky caramel. Huh ??? It should be shaken well before use b/c of the powdered herb settles to the bottom of the bottle, unlike the well filtered ones I'm used to. And, shiny blingy chrome bottle cap ???? What's with that ? Still trying to figure out if this one will work as effectively as those which I'd taken for almost 50 years.

These are good
I really like these drops. I've been using echinacea off and on for years to help my immune system. The flavor is a little strong with this one but it's still works really well for me.
