I've been a smoker for over 35 years and could no longer walk up a hill without wheezing and being breathless. I really wanted to give up but didn't want to use a vape or an inhaler as it felt liken swapping one addiction for another. It's day 13 and I'm smashing it and feel so much better already. I actually forgot to put a patch on this morning and didn't notice until lunchtime. There are still small cravings but they are manageable. You do have to want to give up but these patches are by far the best I have tried. I got mild itching on my arm on the first couple of days but that soon passed. They stick very well and stay on all day. I only lost one because I forgot about it and had a shower so my advice would be to shower before you put one on! I definitely recommend these patches. They work better than anything else I have tried and for the first time in my life I feel like I might succeed.

They don’t stick as well as they did some years ago. When they do, they do the trick.

I used these a few years ago to help me quit smoking, got to step 2 and then started to forget to put the patch on all together so become smoke free for a year and a half. I then stupidly had a moment of madness at a social event and got hooked again. So this time my husband and I are both using these and so far we've been smoke free for 4 weeks. They are simple to use and very affective and worked for me both times I've quit. I have sensitive skin and do experience some mild irritation such as itchiness where the patch is, so avoid putting the patch on the same area for a few days and it heals quickly. I do find that the patch can come off at times but I get over this by using micropore tape to help secure it all day. Overall a really great aid to get away from smoking, just don't don't what I did and go back. Good luck!

Not very sticky

Stopped me smoking instantly, I put one over each eye this morning and now I can’t find my fags!
