Excellent binocular-style night vision with app for remote use!
The Seemor 200 resembles many other binocular models I've seen online. However, I was immediately impressed by its substantial weight and robust construction upon unboxing. The experience was enhanced by the inclusion of a hard case, two rechargeable battery packs, a carry strap, and a USB-C charging cable. While this may seem trivial, the excitement of unpacking this device was quite remarkable. I should note that I accidentally powered off the device several times while trying to zoom in, as the buttons are located on the same side and share a similar texture, which can lead to confusion. It would be advantageous to have a unique texture or another distinguishing feature for the power button. The battery packs are conveniently housed in a charging box that connects via USB-C. Each battery provides approximately four hours of usage. In addition to manual focal length adjustments, the device boasts an optical zoom capability of up to 16x magnification. As I familiarized myself with the buttons, I was impressed by the wide array of options available. Please keep in mind that at least one battery must be charged before using the device, so you can fully enjoy the illuminated night landscape. I took it into my garage for my first test and almost entirely closed the door letting in very little light. I couldn't see anything with my naked eye but with the scope I could pick out everything on my shelves. I could even read the text on a moving box which was several feet away (a two-car garage) and only an inch or so high.) The Seemor 200 can connect to a proprietary application via Wi-Fi, allowing for the transfer of images and videos without needing to remove the microSD card, as well as enabling remote camera operation. The LED display features options such as a compass, zoom level, and time stamp. The device utilizes artificial intelligence to enhance images by optimizing available ambient light, enabling the capture of clear images even in extremely low-light conditions and demonstrating impressive long-range capabilities. As someone who has never used a night-vision scope before, I was astonished by the possibilities it offered. Lastly, the Seemor is equipped with tripod mounts and a small wedge for attaching accessories (handy for when there is no light at all.)

FAR exceeded my expectations.
So, for starters I bought these for use at my parents property. They have 10 acres in central California and I thought these would be great for night time wildlife viewing. At this price point I kept my expectations within reason and these have far exceeded what I thought I was getting. Honestly, they are worth twice as much if not more. Full disclosure, these are NOT military grade NVG's. These are not what Navy Seals or Army Rangers are wearing, which have a price point of several thousand dollars, nor am I claiming to be a former or current member of one of those elite military tactical units. But I do have 14 years experience on 2 different law enforcement tactical teams based here in the US and I've had my fair share of experience using the high end NVG's. Again, these are not those but to be blunt, they are still DAMN good. If you use them in complete darkness, you will gain little or no advantage but with just a little bit of ambient light, these are top notch. The controls are easy to use and back lit in green, the user interface is super simple, the built in compass is spot on, and they come with a rock solid carrying case, two high capacity rechargeable batteries, and a user guide. I started by charging both batteries and installing a 128gb micro SD. At the risk of making my neighbors uncomfortable, I have been test driving them by looking around my neighborhood and continue to be impressed. The photo feature is snappy as is the video recording option and I'm absolutely thrilled that AKASO created such a quality product at this price point for everyday consumers. Please see the photos I've included. Just an all around great set of NVG's and for $250, these are ridiculously good. I. couldn't be happier.

Seemor-200 Night Vision Goggles are a fantastic addition to any enthusiast's or professional's gear
I recently had the chance to test out the Seemor-200 Night Vision Goggles, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. As someone who enjoys late-night hikes and camping trips, I've always been curious about how well night vision gear could enhance my experience in the dark. The Seemor-200 truly exceeded my expectations. First off, the clarity in low light is incredible. I was able to navigate through dense woods at night without any trouble. The infrared feature is a game-changer; it provides an additional layer of visibility that allows me to see things I would’ve otherwise missed. Even in pitch darkness, I could make out details with ease. The fit and comfort of the goggles are another big plus. They're lightweight, so I don’t feel fatigued after wearing them for long periods, and the adjustable straps ensure that they stay snug and secure. I wore them for a few hours straight during a camping trip, and they felt great the whole time. I was also impressed with the battery life. I was out for a whole night, using the goggles extensively, and they lasted much longer than I anticipated. It was nice not having to worry about charging them halfway through my adventures. If there’s one downside, it’s that they’re a bit bulkier than I expected. While they’re not overly heavy, I did notice them more than I would a smaller, more compact set of goggles. However, I don’t mind it too much because the performance more than makes up for the slight heft. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the Seemor-200 Night Vision Goggles. They’re a perfect blend of reliability, performance, and comfort, and I feel confident using them in any situation, whether it's for outdoor exploration or security purposes. For anyone looking for quality night vision without breaking the bank, I highly recommend these.

Excellent Night Vision Binoculars
Excellent value for the money. First, very lightweight even with battery in unit, and it was very well packaged. it comes with a strap, a carry case 2 batteries and a dual charger. Materials are quality as well. It does require a micro SD card, but had an old one lying around and it formatted in one click no issues. Definitely read the directions to learn all the features, but as a self starter found this intuitively easy to use with no instructions. The quality of the picture is great, and the night vision had 7 incremental setitngs which really helped sharpen the picture. We have had issues with animals eating bushes and we have confirmed it was deer since our Blink camera kept missing the animal. I have used these now for viewing the owls in our neighborhood as well. I plan on using these with the app next to go watch a rocket launch and am excited for the pictures I am going to get with the 16x zoom. Using in the dark is easy as well and you can switch between color and black and white IR simply. I only had to go up one brightness level and the items in the dark were crystal clear. The picture and video quality is excellent as well. Overall extremely happy with this purchase and at this price point you can't go wrong. I highly would recommend them whether it's your first pair or additional pair.

James Bond Vibes
I’ve always been fascinated by night vision goggles ever since I first saw them in movies, so I decided to try the “Akaso Night Vision Goggles”, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Right out of the box, I was impressed. The packaging had that premium feel to it, kind of like unboxing an Apple product. It came in a nice box with a convenient carrying case and accessories like a carrying strap, and an extra battery and convenient charging stand which is pretty cool and makes it great for traveling. The build quality is solid, and you can tell they put effort into the details. One of the main reasons I went for these was the 4K quality, which I think should be standard for any product designed for capturing images or video. Safe to say, I wasn’t disappointed. The color accuracy is on point and has good brightness. Akaso clearly put a lot of thought into both the design and functionality. I took some pictures using the goggles, which you can access through the app. The app actually works pretty well, which was a nice surprise since a lot of these types of apps tend to be buggy. The pictures and videos downloaded pretty quickly, too. The pictures I took were at night and some were at pitch darkness and it looks very clear, as if it was bright outside. The only issue I ran into was some trouble connecting to WiFi, but that might have just been my phone or user error. Other than that, I really enjoyed using these and I would definitely recommend them! I would say that they would make a good gift and are a good value for the money.

Nice but not Fantastic
So, first of all I want to say this was very impressive for night time binoculars. I love looking at the stars and was pleasantly surprised at how clear the pics were compared to my other binoculars. On the ground, they pulled in stuff from quite a few yards away, however, things were blurry and very grainy for this being a night time "full color" pair of binoculars. I could not make out a sign which was a few yards away. The black and white option, however, was crystal clear and better than my other binoculars. The zoom was better than my other binoculars but you could not zoom the full amount or it was grainy, day or night. Night time was really bad. I had high hopes for the zoom but was disappointed that three clicks of the zoom was the clearest three mor clicks and it was too grainy to see anything but bluey colors. I'm sure as they keep upgrading these one day they will be awesome but right now, they are okay. They were quite expensive for the quality you get and for what I wanted them for I decided to return them and get a smart telescope.

Decent night vision
The color mode needs SOME ambient light to work. When there is just a little bit of light the color is great! Very weird to see color at night. If it's pitch black, you should switch to IR mode. IR mode works great, and the IR illuminator is very powerful. Manual focus in the dark is challenging. In color mode, the unit is VERY sensitive to movement. A tripod is STRONGLY recommended. USB-C input on the unit is brain dead. Really? No data transfer capability and it only gets power using the supplied cable. The Android APP is currently only useful for updating the firmware. You must scroll several items to turn on the Wi-Fi. Missing Bluetooth support is interesting as a low power alternative. Overall, I like the device - it's a fairly expensive 'toy' but it does work great with just a short learning curve.

A private investigator review comparing the AKASO Seemor-200 to other IR night vision devices
I am both a private investigator and a security pro. Over the years I have bought many IR night vision goggles and have returned every one of them. I bought cheaper and more expensive ones than the AKASO Seemor-200. My biggest issues with the other ones have been the poor vision of the scene, being unable to record my subjects at night and wearing glasses is almost impossible to look through the eyepiece that requires to put it almost inside your eyeballs. Monoculars also have been the worst at trying to get a full shot of the area I was surveilling. I only bought this model because it was recommended by another investigator and to my surprise for the price, it's beyond what I was expecting. First, I love that it has 2 mounting options (top and bottom), to mount to a Helmet or a tripod/monopod. Second, I'm in love with the large-screen rendering. I no longer have to put the goggles on my eyeballs and I can wear my glasses so that I can see the scene properly. I took it on one of my night surveillance gigs and I caught my subject red-handed thanks to the AKASO. I recorded the scene and was very happy with my results. Although the scene was pretty dark, the recording seems to be almost in full light AND clear! - It has an app, but I have not yet downloaded or played around with it yet. I only used it for about half an hour total or so, and it seemed that the battery was still full. I can't say how long it will last, but with having a second battery available it's very handy. I have taken some pictures with my phone showing the night vision scenes. I used it before even charging the batteries that came with it. I have a very advanced phone so the photo of the scene seems to be more illuminated than it shows, but for sure, the area was very dark and I could not see a thing, not even the car in the scene. You can see in the 2 night photos the difference between the screen and the dark surroundings. These goggles I am keeping! In summary, the key advantages why I am keeping them are: - Superior Display: Large screen offers excellent visibility while wearing glasses, eliminating the uncomfortable eye-pressing common with traditional eyepieces - Dual Mounting Options: Versatile attachment points on top and bottom for helmet or tripod use - Exceptional Night Performance: Provides clear, well-lit footage even in extremely dark conditions - Quality Recording: Successfully captured surveillance footage with remarkable clarity
