Yerba Mate CBSé Guarana Energy 500g

Really impressed with the flavour of this yerba mate, smooth, refreshing, and easy to drink compared to others I’ve tried. It has a nice depth without being too strong or bitter, which makes it enjoyable even if you’re new to yerba mate. I haven’t quite had enough yet to fully comment on the energy boost, but so far it feels clean and subtle rather than overwhelming. If the effects match the flavour, this could easily become a regular go-to. A great option if you’re looking for something that tastes good while offering a more natural alternative to coffee or energy drinks.

Beautiful tasting tea that give you so much energy for hours.

Found this yerba drink to have a pleasant enough flavour. Where it excels is the kick you get from it; a couple of spoonfuls is similar to a strong cup of coffee. So it makes an ideal beverage if you're looking for a coffee alternative with the caffeine effect.

The instruction on the bottom for cup brewing seem to show that 2 rounded tsp should be put in a cup filter with 90C water, then left to brew for 3 minutes, fine for one cup, but hassle for more. I also see instructions there to fill a Bombilla 3/4 full (wasteful?), filled with 40C water, and stirred, but wasn't impressed by the unreliable filter straws, so dropped than method fast. I figured out that my preferred way to brew it now is, to putting about 8 rounded tsp of it, about 1/32 tsp of Stevia extract, about 2 tsp (10ml) of Coconut Oil, and 90C water, in a 1L insulated French Press, stirring it up, then leave it to brew for at least 3 minutes. The Stevia deals with the bitterness and the Coconut oil makes it creamier.

Very nice quality tea with a natural sweetness. Stronger in flavour so you need less than normal mate. Caffeine probably similar to normal mate as you need less overall despite guranna being naturally higher in caffeine. Nice tea to alternate with and good value ☀️

I've drunk different types of Yerba Mate, but this one is the first time I've found it to be incredibly delicate in taste. It gives me energy for many hours, I recommend it, and I love it.

I made the mistake of thinking this would taste like herbal tea but it takes just like normal tea and VERY strong ( which is great if you are a tea drinker) I didn’t feel any energising effects unfortunately so I stopped drinking it. It is however value for money as the pack is huge!

This is my favorite yerba mate so far, because of the strong fruit notes

Un mate avec un bon arôme et très bon marché..top

I came from trying other two branches previous to this one. The Rosamonte (Argentinian brand) feels much more tasty as well as stimulating, this one have this slight dried fruit taste, but it's not that big of a deal. For every spoon of Rosamonte that I poured on my cup before, I need two of this to feel half of the stimulation.
