Tom Clancy's The Division 2 (PS4)

Just the right amount of open world vs linear missions for me. You can get into the online missions and endless weapon mods but if you like a fairly linear solo mission then you have many hours of enjoyment ahead of you. Some of the missions can feel a little repetetive but but on the whole i have really enjoyed playing this. At £8 price i paid its insane value.

Game play is a bit samey, tasks and missions pretty similar but still a good game. One or two glitches and I don't like that you have to pay for a Playstation Pass to access all areas and missions as if prices of games are not pricey enough.

Visually stunning, Division 2 places you in Washington D.C. approximately 7 months after the events of the original game. Lighting has been overhauled, meaning the different environments seem rich and full of colour during daytime hours, but accurately represent a city in lockdown during the night. Whilst more accurate, this can make for some frustrating gameplay when some areas are so dark as to make it difficult to see your enemies. There are now two different Dark Zones, together with areas referred to as Strongholds. These additional areas are very well explained to the player, so those who never played the original will not be at any disadvantage. Raids and Clans also make an appearance, but I’ve yet to use either option as yet. Cover to cover movement is fluid and the different weapons each handle distinctly, so use the gun range at the Base of Operations to get a feel for which suit your style before wandering out into the city by your lonesome. Enemy AI is noticeably improved on the original, NPCs are quicker and will strategically move to flank you, whilst snipers take cover towards the top of buildings. Surviving encounters gives you a sense of satisfaction. The skill set has been overhauled and improved on and your Agent now has a wealth of Division tech to choose from, including Drone, Hive and Firefly (although the original ballistic shields, seeker mines and gun turrets make an appearance too). Well worth the asking price, the game is excellent at launch and will only improve with further updates.

I'm about half way through I think. Lvl 14 and I think top level is 30. Good things Price. £5 for a PS4 game is insane VFM. Excellent graphics Long game | Lots of Missions Weirdly addictive Good Weapon Progression There's a great "go this way" pointer showing how to get to your objective At normal level combat has just the right amount of challenge and satisfaction Bad Things I only like playing solo. I don't like co-op and there's an element in the game that keeps encouraging you to go co-op, but I just ignore those parts There's also "the opportunity" to buy extra stuff for real money. Again I'm not interested so ignore that too. Can be confusing. Lots of different missions in lots of different categories. Some missions aren't clear what you should be doing, where you should go to do them or in what order. No explanation of whether you should sell junk or dismantle it, or why. No explanation of crafting and how and when it works | Like a lot of games you are left to figure stuff out yourself. Looks like quitting the game is done by logging off! There is no quit option. There are skills and perks. Unless I misunderstand there are 2 skills you can get early in the game and I cant see a need for any more. Maybe its a co-op thing? But biggest criticism. You cant manually save and you cant pause the game. So if you are mid-combat and you need to pause, you just die and have to restart the mission at the games previously decided checkpoint. That's a real pain. But I enjoy playing it and despite the bad points above for the money its a lot of fun and if you are paying no more than £10 its well worth buying.

...the gameplay is fun but the movement of the character is nowhere near as fluid as an assassin's creed character or even farcry game. The most frustrating thing about this game is that you can't play offline. You have to connect to the online services which slows everything down so much. If their server is busy you can't play the game. Avoid this and buy any other open world 3rd person shooter that can be played offline.

Great game for those people who don't play full online gaming great big campaign luv it highly addictive 👍.

Came sealed and it worked. The digital version is almost 4 times the price so it was worth getting the hard copy.

Game freeze when l play a few times, it happens. I also noticed that is the last one for sale on Amazon. Can you replace it with the same value of another title PS4 or any war games?

I bought this game on the advice of a friend of mine who's be gaming for as long as I can remember. Since Im not a regular gamer, I was looking for another game other than GTA5 that had a little more to it that what it has to offer. Mind you that I still play it buts its not as fun when you cant play with other friends. Being former military, I can really get into this game as it has weapons that you can easily recognize. It has alot of older weapons as well as newer weapons so it really offers some variety. I havent gotten very far into this game but from what I can see so far It keeps my attention for hours.
