This is a great glutathione serum. I had a lot of dark spots and texture on my face from my first failed attempt at using tretinoin. The tretinoin burned my face because I jumped right in with the highest concentration and used it every night without getting used to it properly. That was a big mistake. I looked for a few products to help heal my barrier and remove the now glaringly unsightly spots from my skin. I picked up this serum about a month and a half ago, along with some other great products. I chose Tosowoong’s alpha arbutrin cream, a different brand’s thick barrier cream, and a couple different sheet and gel masks. I applied my tretinoin much more carefully and slowly until I was able to tolerate it and not burn. It’s made a difference. Most importantly during the healing process the Tosowoong glutathione serum has been so effective at soothing and moisturizing my skin while also delivering a gentle peeling effect to remove the discoloration and damaged skin. I don’t know people make such a big deal about the product scent, it’s slightly stinky for a few seconds then it dissipates. It’s got transparent and effective ingredients and plenty of emollient additives. I find the product texture to neither thin nor thick, and only the tiniest bit sticky. It’s is easy to smooth over the skin and caused my already irritated skin no woe. I smooth it all over my face, chin, neck, and then gently pat it in. It leave a soft glow and layers well with my other skincare as long as I use the then in the right order. I use three little drops and it goes a long way. I am still less than halfway through my first bottle. At this point, having this serum in my skincare routine is a must. My face is glowing at 50 years old and I love the results. I will be purchasing another bottle once I run out. I feel like the price is fair for the effectiveness. Hope you find this useful.

Smells SO BAD but I’ve noticed that it’s helped my skin a lot. I like to wear it at night with my moisturizer and haven’t had any issues. It also makes my makeup look so smooth.

Yes, it smells like sulfur, because glutathione contains hydrogen sulfide in its reduced state. Mix just 2-3 drops at most into your moisturizer in my palm before applying. The smell fades pretty quickly, just don't get it on your shirt. It absorbs quickly and is not sticky. The serum seems to be helping with the skin texture under my eyes, but it is too soon to tell if the age spot on my cheek has faded. Will update after more time consistently using this.

Tosowoong Glutathione Serum smells terrible. I am shocked at the results and would advice you not to purchase it. I did nothing for me and the smell was suffocating. This is a rip off and I am demanding a refund.

love product, smell is not great tho

This serum I bought in hopes to reduce dark spots hyperpigmentation and fine line and wrinkles in my skin. The packaging was nice and the liquid goes on very lightly just like putting on a lighter weight aloe product. It does have a slight stickiness to it for the first 5 minutes and stink but the stickiness and smell go away. I can’t put my finger on what the smell is but it’s pretty unpleasant in contrast to what some people have said in their reviews. I think it smells like if burning rubber and sulfur mixed, it’s pretty gross. I would consider returning this product just for that if I don’t see much progress or improvement in a few days because it made me kind of queasy. I will try and remember to update this review!

I love this gluthathione serum and I even enjoy the smell. For me it’s a welcome addition to my daily skincare routine’s. I think it’s too much money. However I will always purchase the product when on sale at a reasonable discount price. This is my third time buying and the second purchase was the duo set. I don’t wait until I get low. To merely a corner of the bottom of the bottle. I would truly miss the nice product of my very extensive collection of Korean skincare I have become accustomed to using am/pm routines that provide the results promised of the brands I just refuse to live without.

J’ai découvert ce produit et, vu les commentaires négatifs sur son odeur, j’ai failli renoncer à l’acheter. Et bien, heureusement que j’ai suivi mon instinct, et que j’ai passé commande : le produit est super efficace. L’odeur n’est pas agréable du tout mais, je m’attendais à pire. Pour l’efficacité, cela vaut le coup de supporter l’odeur.

Un prodotto prezioso, mi da nitidezza alla pelle e si assorbe subito. Profumo anche se è un po’ strano non dura a lungo. Funziona per me.

Didn’t like the funny smell

First of all, expect this to smell funny! It has to by nature. Glutathione smells sulphurous. Use it when that doesn’t matter and it’s an effective product especially for age spots and signs of skin aging and damage. It was the cleanest product of this kind I could find for a good price.
