I've used about 600 now, and they're amazing. Great feel, good quality and perfect fit. They *can* be a little tight when double-sleeving, depending on what inner sleeve you're using. I usually just open them up a bit with my fingers before double-sleeving. They're super-strong, so that works well. In lots of play as well as testing, I've only had ONE (out of 600) split. Which didn't concern me since I seem to keep getting a couple extras in the 100-packs. They shuffle VERY well.
