Nice idea and for the most part they work but they were a pain to setup on Alexa and the directions aren't all that good. Took me a couple of hours to get Alexa to work, seems like it shouldn't be that difficult.

The iPhone app is not available in the US region. when you follow the mobile app link on the box, but it uses the smart life app many of us have for smart life products and tuya products. I used the Smart Life app (the one with the blue logo of a house with a wifi smoke stack). I think my other Tuya items also had me use this app instead of the one in the package link, so it may be tuya brand growing pains. The Smart Life app uses ifttt automations, so the only bad thing about this is the bluetooth range, I think I may end up with multiple bluetooth hubs because of how far apart my fingerbots are.

Welp, this arrived and the box inside the box was open. Also, it's missing some parts and there are ZERO instructions. How am I supposed to use this? The only reason I'm keeping it is because I think I can look up how to use it. Wasn't planning on that but here we go.

I've owned a "Switchbot" for years but it's a PITA to position and is non-adjustable. This is LIGHTYEARS better. I can even adjust everything that I need as far as how far to press and how hard. Much Much MUCH better product than the Switchbot that I'm throwing in the trash.
