Green tea
Green tea. Tastes refreshing and clean tea. High strength tea. Very good value for money. I drink 1 cup of green tea occasionally or when I need it to feel healthy.

Daily drink
I am now taking a couple of daily cups of green tea to aid my digestion. The quality is good but I have not tried other products to compare. Too early also whether it aids my digestion as these natural products take time to make a difference. Anyway, I am hopeful.
