Each pouch contains caffeine equal to 1/4 cup of coffee, as well as some guarana, taurine and B-vitamins for energy. Each can contains approximately 16 pouches, and we sell the cans in various quantities, starting with a minimum of 3 cans. Grinds is found in clubhouses across MLB, NFL and NHL, in police and fire stations, in ambulances, on hunting trips, on oil rigs, and much much more. We are constantly innovating and adding new flavors every year (as well as always working to make the best pouch and experience we can). This 3 Can Sampler features our most popular flavors: Wintergreen tastes like fresh, crisp wintergreen with a smooth coffee finish, and is recommended for everyone who enjoys a cool, refreshing flavor. Spearmint tastes like classic spearmint with bold coffee notes, and is recommended for mint lovers and those seeking a clean, invigorating taste. Vanilla tastes like a light vanilla latte with just a hint of sweetness, and is recommended for coffee lovers and new Grinds users. ## Features - 3-CAN SAMPLER PACK: The Grinds Coffee 3 Flavors Sampler Pack allows you to try each of our top 3 coffee pouch flavors and discover which ones you like best. Yes. All Grinds Coffee Pouches flavors have 0g of added sugar. The flavors Vanilla, Caramel, Cinnamon Roll, Wintergreen and Cherry have an artifical sweetener in it called Acesulfame which can be found in sports drinks. Hope that answers your question! **Q: How old do you have to be to use it** A: It's coffee... same age to drink coffee. **Q: Does it turn teeth brown?** A: Yes, but if you put it on the side of your mouth it's unnoticeable. **Q: Do you swallow this or spit like normal chew?** A: Swallow it. Most the flavors don't taste too differently. I had some work guys that chew try this and they didn't like them too much but for a guy thats never chewed, I thought they were orertty good. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are pretty great. The mint chocolate is the least flavorful *by on Reviewed in the United States 26 December 2017* These are pretty great. The mint chocolate is the least flavorful. The vanilla is marvelous, and it’s flavor lasts over 2 hours. The mocha has a very strong coffee flavor, and it’s not as seeet as the vanilla. It helps reduce cravings if you dip tobacco. They should try and make the mint chocolate a little more flavorful, the mint is quite underwhelming. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gross *by on Reviewed in the United States 6 September 2024* These are disgusting ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I dont know what people are complaining about. *by on Reviewed in the United States 24 January 2019* Have had the mint chocolate chip in for almost 2 hours and still feel like I just swallowed mint chocolate chip ice cream with a swig of good coffee. It's more of a sensation than a real "taste." If other people's were dried out on delivery or something that's a bummer, but I'm enjoying mine. Will update if more time or other flavors change my opinion.Update: it's been a couple months and I'm on my 2nd order. I haven't had one bag break open yet. Mocha is mildest, and does tend to have a chemically off-flavor initially, but is fine overall. Mint chocolate chip is middle of the road. Vanilla is strongest and sweetest, so if I have 2 in a day I tend to have that 2nd. It is still flavorful and surprisingly sweet 2 to 3 hours later. I try not to think too hard about how this is achieved. Overall I enjoy having these to use at work as a little help on more tired days on when feeling like snacking. ## Frequently Bought Together - Grinds Coffee Pouches | 3 Can Sampler | Wintergreen, Spearmint, Vanilla | 1 Pouch eq. 1/4 Cup of Coffee (3 Can Sampler Pack) - Grinds Coffee Pouches | Tobacco Free, Nicotine Free Healthy Alternative | 3 Cans of Spearmint | 18 Pouches Per Can | 1 Pouch eq. 1/4 Cup of Coffee (Spearmint) - Grinds Energy Pouches - Natural Caffeine Pouches - Contains B-Vitamins, Sugar-Free, & 0 Calories - 80mg of Caffeine in Each Pouch - Wintergreen, Peach, & Sour Apple - 3 Pack, 15 Pouches Per Can --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/651277635-grinds-coffee-pouches-3-can-sampler-wintergreen-spearmint-vanilla](https://www.desertcart.is/products/651277635-grinds-coffee-pouches-3-can-sampler-wintergreen-spearmint-vanilla) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
