Works great so far!!!

Excellent chair, it is too heavy to lift and put in my trunk. I tried to use the handicap ramp but that didn’t solve the problem.

The setup instructions need updating. After everything was set up and installed as instructed, and after pressing the power button, the wheelchair did not move. It instructs you to "check the switch lever on the back of the wheelchair to ensure the switch is pushed upwards for electric mode." Yet there is no such switch. Finally, I realized two bright orange electric cable connectors under the seat were unplugged. Once connected, everything worked just fine.

The VOCIC V62 was easy to put together as I only had to add the stabilizers, batteries, and joystick to the chair after unfolding it. I like the fact that the joystick can be installed on the left or right side for ease of use and has easy to read speed and charge indicator lights. It has some nice safety features added with a wide attached seat belt, a horn button, and a responsive brake system that was even strong enough to stop me from running away down our steep driveway. Navigating is easy enough that even my young son was able to easily and smoothly navigate the chair in tight spaces like elevators and doorways. The motor was quiet enough not to bother my dogs when I took them out for a walk. The large tires were able to keep me from tipping over when I got too excited and drove myself over the curb into the neighbor's yard and were even able to easily handle the gap and the raised lip in the front of the mat that leads up to my driveway. I was able to drive over grass and rougher terrain like smaller tree roots, dirt, speedbumps, and uneven edges and transitions to the sidewalk.

This is a very nice and comfortable electric wheelchair. It comes mostly assembled and unfolds easily to install the joystick. No tools required! The range is excellent. I used it all day and it did not die. It fully charged over night and was ready to roll first thing in the morning. It's fairly light weight, it’s easy to charge, and it goes over sidewalk cracks and door jams with no hesitation! At 6 foot tall this chair is comfortable for me. I love the ease of using this wheelchair, the comfort, and the fact it folds very compactly! For the price this is an excellent choice. The turning radius is so much better than a handle bar style scooter! This is the type you need for tight spaces.

We haven't really had a need to use this yet which I am thankful for but was packed well seems well built and easy to use. Will update this if i have any issues with the item.
