I honestly love these. They don’t feel gooey and sticky like Gu gels do. These have a texture that feels more like a loose gelatin and for me, that makes it so much easier to get down without it leaving a coating over your entire mouth. I also really like the neutral flavor. It doesn’t have any sort of artificial taste and just tastes clean (I told someone it tastes like science bc it made sense to me but I don’t think they got it). They also seemed to sit well with my stomach despite being a little higher carb than what I’m used to. They also felt easier to open and ingest because of the opening being elongated a little and not flush with the body of the packet. Overall, I’m really happy with these and am trying to always have some on hand to keep in rotation for my long runs.

Very little taste, so you don’t get tired of them. They have the consistency of hair gel, but helped me train and complete a half and full marathon. Definitely try your fueling before race day to make sure it doesn’t upset your stomach!

I like these because they don’t require chewing and don’t stick in your mouth and are just mildly sweet (and oddly a little sour), also 30 grams of carbs is better than the popular brands with 23grams. Also the top rips off and has a cool little way of staying attached so you don’t have to try to hang on to it in order not to litter…but I did find it hard to get the stuff out, like the hole that rips open is too small so you really gotta work to get the stuff out…

I have tried pretty much all of the gels on the market for both marathon and ironman races. I found out about PH when training for 70.3 race earlier this year and decided to give it a go. PH has become my favourite gel hands down. It has more carbs than other gels almost by 30% (most of them are 18-22g, here you get 30g), and I have never had stomach issues. I just ran CIM marathon where PH is an official nutrition on that race and got to try new chews of theirs and gotta say I’m in love! Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

This gels are very good. Ingredients are good and taste is mild in a good way. Easy to consume even with elevated heart rate which is key in a race

I’ve tried a lot of gels, in the last two years I’ve sticked with Maurten. Now I decided to try the Precision to have more carbs in a single serving. I must admit that I love it. I love the neutral texture and the consistency (not too sticky, not too liquid). No GI issues. So probably next marathon will be with them!

I have used these products before and I have found them to be very easy to get down, and caused no digestive issues. They taste nice and have a consistent smooth gel texture. No lumps or clumps. I have found them very useful on longer runs, I can always tell when I have fueled vs when I haven't supplemented with a gel in the longer Km's. These are fairly expensive everwhere, but I found buying this many in one go the most cost effective. They were delivered in a handy cardboard box for storage.

PF30, not much more can be said on how great these gels are for athletes, even after trying multiple different brands. This is by far the best for my needs. I usually take 1 pre-race and more depending on my race fuel plans. It's so good that I bought some to hand to friends for them to try! At this price? Not only is it more economical, it also agrees with my body and digestive system. No issues pre, during and post race. I don't see myself using other gels for my races.
