I believe it is on the expensive side however it is superbly made with some good tech. I needed a bike for my 6' 3" height, so I was OK with the price because most bikes just are not big enough for me. The 28Pro was my choice because I live with some inclines around me and the Sport mode and two gear power hub does me OK. Never had an e-bike before and I was alarmed at how heavy it is but upon checking it is within normal weight for an e-bike. It was easy enough to assemble, although the instructions could be much better. On the subject of instructions, they need a lot of improvement regarding the display use. It took some YouTube searching for details on how to find the menu to make changes. I have it set up to my liking and it is a lovely upright riding position. As an urban bike it does the job very well. The large wheels roll very easily and even on a modest downhill slope the bike just runs away.

Arrived about 7 days after ordering. This bike is solidly built and needs only a small amount of final assembly on arrival. Only had the bike for a week now, but it works a treat so far with plenty of power asssistance when needed and seeimingly lots of battery storage. The bike can even be adjusted for me (at 6ft 4"), to ride comfortably. Excellent support received from the seller, in respect of a minor tyre issue. Hoping it will stay this good for many years.

If I can give mor than mor 5 🌟 I would give excelente bike it's make you move your legs and do exercise by soft effort,powerful,elegante, not heavy and smart system.

Love the cycle easy to adjust to electric one No need to change gears the bike does it Really easy to ride . However not happy with the extended delivery more than once which messed up my plans. I would recommend allowing 1 week for delivery and not sure if they do a mans cycle similar and not sure I’ll order one from the same supplier if they do .
