My son and his best friend each got one of these bikes for Christmas 2023 they were both about to turn 15 years old and they love to fish around the Monterey Peninsula and needed a way to transport themselves. After looking through many reviews we decided this was our best bet had fat tires that could go on more terrain and kept a good speed being that there full size high school boys, and the backside basket was great to be able to attach fishing poles When the boys got their bikes, they were so excited took off immediately Christmas Day to go ride around the bike trail in our town. They also tested him right away to see how far they could go on a full battery. They had so much fun on these bikes, it was a great purchase. Now fast forward, and we've had the bikes for quite a few months and yes, we've had a few issues with the bikes. My son had the de railer fall off while he was riding.. I emailed to the Jason customer service and they got back to me right away. We're so friendly and helpful sent out all the parts I needed. A month later, we had a problem with the brakes my son was riding and all the bolts came out of the front brake. I emailed the company heard back with them again within the day and they sent me out what I needed as well as a new chain which had been an issue when we got the derailer. Most recently he was riding home downtown and went up the curb and popped the rear tire. I reached out to the customer service again and again within 24 hours they had responded to me and a new tire was in the mail. Don't hesitate Just buy the bike it's a great bike. It's a wonderful price. My son and his best friend have had so much fun on these bikes and I absolutely love that. The customer service has been friendly, prompt and responsive to all of my needs to me. That's a huge selling point.

Bikes are great, had a issue with them at first, turns out it was operator error, customer service was even better

Very well built, sturdy. A bit heavy so not for small framed people. Good power to help on hills when loaded up with gear, does well and battery life if plenty for normal use and activity. Especially if you pedal a bit yourself. Low use so far, maybe 50 miles. Taking it to FL for a serious test in the Keys. Company is very responsive on questions.

After a TON of research on these bikes we decided to go for it! They are fastastic! Easy to assemble! The battery seems to be holding steady as we are peddeling consistenlty as well. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!! The color we ordered was out of stock and the straight away contacted us and got another color shipped asap! Do your own research to make sure you are getting what you want out of a e-bike but we HIGHLY recommned this brand!!! Bike on!!

I've only ridden the bike about a mile, in the city. Was impressed with the power and response. There is more power assist while pedaling than expected also. The rear basket bolts were too long and the rear fender impeded them, easy fix with shorter bolts. My box didn't have any assembly directions so I went to YouTube as directed by the site. Unfortunately the motor mouth doing the build talked about himself too much and lost my attention. I had all parts played out, if you pay attention, you can put it together without directions. Took me 1.25 hours, including getting new bolts. Will update post after more riding.

Quality of product seems fairly good but shipping was extremely slow by this company. We've ordered two bikes and neither where shipped according to estimate and both had significant delays (almost a month).

I've been using the Jasion X-Hunter e-bike, and it's been an amazing experience so far! The 750W motor provides plenty of power, and I’ve enjoyed riding at speeds of up to 20 mph with my weight at 150 lbs. The full suspension system makes it super comfortable on rough terrain, and I love the foldable design for easy transport. The battery life is excellent, giving me a range of 55-70 miles on a full charge. However, I’m curious about how to reach the maximum speed of 30 mph. Any tips would be appreciated! Overall, this bike has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

These ebikes are fun to ride. Fast shipping from Amazon. Did have a couple issues with one of the bikes: needed a new seat clamp and LCD screen controller. Bikes are under warranty for 1 year, so customer service sent out new parts. Everything is working now.
